Orders are continually incorrect -- now their drivers will drop food off and leave it without notifying you that it's been delivered. Their tracker is never updated in a timely fashion so you get to enjoy cold food. Avoid this place. There's better pizza around, anyway.

So I ordered food two hours before it was needed, which should’ve been plenty enough time for them to Have the food ready by the time I asked for. I get to the store and the employee working behind the counter interacted with me showed me four different boxes of pizza that weren’t mine and then walked away stood there for around 10 minutes, trying to get his attention again And then he finally acknowledged me and told me it was gonna be an hour. At that point I walked out as what is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait anyway this was the worst customer experience I’ve had And quite some time.

Placed an order a little over a week ago and they gave me the wrong dessert (brownie instead of cookie). Went back this week, ordered 1 pepperoni, one extra cheese, when I walked in to pick up they only had 2 cheese pizzas. Upon eating it, it did not seem like it had extra cheese, just regular. Looked at my order online and saw the pepperoni pizza was higher price and they charged me for my placed order instead of what I actually walked out with. 2 mistakes within 10 days. Not going to go back anytime soon.

Not sure if this location is under new management but everything has gone downhill since I ordered a while back. Phoned in an order only to have to wait even longer because they never put it in. Inside the workers are touching food with their hands while also touching other items such as the computer, trays, machines. The pies weren't worth the extra wait either. Dried out and flavorless. Better off h3ating up a Digornio for fraction of the price.
