You can tell that the cook hate his job....I ordered 5 topping pizza and the only thing I see is the halapino...and it's not even spread all over the pizza....it's on top of each other....and the sauce is not spread equal....I don't know it's completely different than others papa johns

I ordered via DoorDash at 11:11pm and they stated that they gave my order to somebody else before my dasher showed up at 11:11. That’s impossible since my order went in at 11:11pm. They then said they weren’t willing to remake my food and it still was before closing. It sounds like they were young and didn’t want to work or they have my food to some friends. When asked their managers name, they first said Trey and then said Bruno. The dasher said this was not the first time this has happened at this Papa John’s. This is horrible because I had two kids that are hungry, and I ordered food for them. We waited for the food, and would have went somewhere else had I known. This is unprofessional and unacceptable service. NOBODY should ever order from this location.

My job sent me a pizza for my birthday and the delivery driver was insanely rude to me on the phone and to my wife when she went to get it. The pizza was to be here by six, he got here earlier than expected which was fine, he called and my wife was outside in 5mins and he complained about having to wait outside the apartment door. I am beyond disappointed with Papa John's. I spent 33 minutes on the phone trying to reach a representative—not once did anyone pick up. That alone is ridiculous, but it gets worse. After waiting two full hours for my pizza to be delivered, it finally arrived—stone cold. Not lukewarm. Not slightly cool. ICE COLD.
How does a pizza chain manage to mess up something this basic? No communication, no customer service, and clearly no care for quality. Papa John’s should be ashamed. This experience was unacceptable, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I placed my order through the Papa John's app and my pizzas were ready within the next 20 minutes. The only thing I have to gripe about is the pizza being cut wrong. I ordered square cut on one of my pizzas and somehow it was cut regularly. No biggie, but I don't expect it to happen again.
Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our very well-made pizza.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent visit about 30 minutes ago. I even encourage management to check the cameras around 5:20pm on 12/28 to verify my story.
I ordered online and it said my food was ready. When I walked inside I noticed two people sitting on a bench waiting for their food. No one acknowledged or greeted me. After about 8 mins of me standing around being completely ignored, one of the girls got up and was trying to get ann employees attention. He was doing side work the entire time, building and stacking pizza boxes, and putting on the labels. I turned to the girl and said are you guys waiting on food because I’ve been ignored now for about 8 minutes. She said “We walked in and wanted to order but he hasn’t taken our order yet.” Omg he hadn’t even taken their order yet and they got there before me! Finally the girl was able to get his attention from the other side of the pizza boxing area by practically walking into the kitchen to get his attention. She asked “are you going to help me? Also, (pointing to me) she’s waiting on her pizza”. He then proceeded to box up about 9 orders ALL AT ONCE that were sitting out getting cold, including mine!!! If this man had stopped building pizza boxes and actually boxed up all the hot food that was sitting there my pizza might not have been cold. I understand if you might be understaffed, but at least acknowledge the customer and let me know how long it will take. Completely ignoring me is super frustrating. The pizza also tasted undercooked and was cut so badly that I struggled dividing it up between my children. This is the worker (with the ear buds) who completely ignores your customers and lets the food sit out and get cold because he is so busy making pizza boxes. This is the first time I’ve had a bad pick up experience. Very disappointing.

Orders are continually incorrect -- now their drivers will drop food off and leave it without notifying you that it's been delivered. Their tracker is never updated in a timely fashion so you get to enjoy cold food. Avoid this place. There's better pizza around, anyway.
So I ordered food two hours before it was needed, which should’ve been plenty enough time for them to Have the food ready by the time I asked for. I get to the store and the employee working behind the counter interacted with me showed me four different boxes of pizza that weren’t mine and then walked away stood there for around 10 minutes, trying to get his attention again And then he finally acknowledged me and told me it was gonna be an hour. At that point I walked out as what is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait anyway this was the worst customer experience I’ve had And quite some time.
