Delivery has been longer and longer since they switched to using door dash, my latest order didn't even get a driver updated to pick up my order until well after the multiple stated delivery estimates; almost an hour and a half late! And the last few times they've forgotten part of the order!

We have ordered from here before and have never had an issue. But tonight, 11/21, it was probably the worst pizza we've ever had. Seems like they are cutting back on the dough or something, it was the thinest pizza I have ever seen and definitely not able to hold the toppings of a super supreme pizza. Both pizzas were stuffed crust and the cheese pizza was also paper thin. Obviously nothing to do with the workers at this location but it seems Pizza Hut is trying to cut costs by using less dough and charging more money...would not recommend.

I don’t know what’s up with all these bad reviews. The service was 10/10, the food was good. If you’re craving pizza, you know where to go. Tahmir, the manager was really kind and professional. And I can say the same about a young worker Alex. Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years but I give my visit a 10/10.

Absolutely raises the bar for fast food/ pizza service. We ordered a special request pizza without cheese and we were personally called by the manager to verify we didn't mess up the order. Ive never seen someone care enough to go above and beyond like that. Confirming so that a customer doesn't open their pizza to find something completely wrong. After receiving our order she continued to speak with us with genuine enthusiasm and kindness, treating us as people, not customers. 10/10.

The worst. I ordered from Pizza Hut in Warminster, PA for delivery, and they forgot the blue cheese sauce (which I paid extra for), to complement my boneless chicken wings order. I called Pizza Hut, which now has a customer service line that sucks. They only answer if it's to place an order, but if you ask for help on how to get the sauce they transfer you to another line that doesn't answer at all. They leave you there waiting on hold for someone to answer, and they never do. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

I like Pizza Hut pizza so I go here. It's the only one around me. The food is fine, but the service? I'm not saying the service is bad. The workers just don't seem to be happy. Pizza is good though. This is just a carry out place so you're in and out. Location is on a busy corner. It's in a small strip mall with a tight parking lot for full size trucks.

Not the best choice in establishments considering the high concentration of choices in the area, tried to rekindle the nostalgia (stuffed crust).
The place seemed like it was owned and operated by high school kids. Pizza was semi-hot and edible, but not the best quality. Would not go back even if there not many choices of local shops round Street Road.

I ordered an original pan pizza and it was under cooked. It tasted like the dough. I called a few times to complain and no one answered the phone.
Only order here if you don’t actually want to get your food. You can’t even call the store directly, you have to go through corporate who put you on hold for a half hour for a refund.
Ridiculous. Never again.

Food never arrived. Order delivery through the app just after 6pm. Food never showed up, recieved a couple text that it was in its way. No other updates given. When I called, I could not get anyone on the phone. Not a way to run a business.
