Ordered delivery through the main website. Part of my order was missing. Chatted with the website I ordered through ( Pizza Hut.com) and they said I had to call the local store even though I ordered through the site. Called the store and as soon as they found out I had an issue with a deliver, the put me on hold for a manager. Waited in hold fo over 15 minuted. Last time am ordering from Pizza Hut.

Placed an online order for 2 medium pizzas. One with extra pepperoni and the other with extra cheese. I got neither. Barely any sauce on either of the pies. Loud music blaring so loud you could hardly hear the counter guy. Very sad to see how far Pizza Hut has gone down hill.

Placed an online order from the Warminster Pizza Hut at 1:15 PM on a Tuesday for our work office. When an hour had gone by with no delivery and after realizing the online tracker stated the order had somehow been delivered we decided to call. Unfortunately we were made to wait on a customer service line which then attempted to transfer our call to the store directly where they never picked up. 0/10 I would not recommend them at all. The delivery finally came almost 1 hour and a half later. Don't know why the online tracker said it was delivered a whole hour before it was actually delivered to our office.

They provide excellent service. Pizza hut is definitely in my top 3 favorite places I like to order pizza at.

Ordered delivery and got a delivery time of about 30-45 minutes, no problem. An hour later, the tracker says my food is still being prepared. I called the store asking about the status of my order and I was hung up on. I drive to the store and it was filled with people inside the store and additional customers inside their cars in the parking lot. I walked in and finally got somebody's attention after about 5 minutes and asked if I can have my delivery order since I was there and the guy said "sure". I watch him look for my order amongst approximately 15 hot bags on their wire racks awaiting delivery and he got mine, handed it to me, and politely removed the delivery charge and tip from the order. My boxes were practically caving in from sitting inside the hot bags for what I'm assuming was about 30 minutes.
Everything was made correctly so no complaints there.
If the store was that busy, the employee who answered the phone could have just said they were behind and it will be out soon or I could come in to pick it up instead of just hanging up. I get it dude, it's Friday night and you guys were super busy. Sometimes a little communication goes a long way.

Well, its not recommended to call food disgusting/nasty in my religion so i almost never do it. However, yesterday I got a pan pizza from this location and it was literally dripping oil from the crust. I usually really enjoy pizza and eat about 3-4 slices, however, I could barely finished my first slice yesterday. The tomato sauce was really good but the overall pizza was not good.
