Pizza took over two hours to be delivered, once it was delivered, it was not cut, soggy, Slightly warm, and had been in the car for a very long time. Estimated time for delivery was 8:45 PM, pizza was delivered at 9:40 PM

First time at this location and everyone was so nice! Samia (I apologize if I misspelled your name) was the sweetest person ever! I couldn’t believe it when she told me she was new there! Such amazing customer service skills! Food was excellent but I would come back again purely based off customer service alone! As a restaurant manager I know how valuable hospitality is and how crucial it is to the success of your brand. This location definitely has the right people front and center ready to greet you with warm inviting smiles at the door. Good job Samia! I’ll be back 😊

There is an awful buzzing sound in the lobby. Sounds like it's just something vibrating but it's ear piercing Imagine working there and having to listen to that all day/week/year. Stop being lazy and fix the machine that is vibrating and causing this god awful noise. Poor employees.

This review isn't even about the food. Bob the delivery driver is always the nicest guy. He's normally the person that delivers our food when we order. He's super patient with our loud barking (friendly) dogs, that want to come outside to say hello. Nice to see him and have a quick chat when he shows up. Thanks Bob.

Ordered delivery through the main website. Part of my order was missing. Chatted with the website I ordered through ( Pizza Hut.com) and they said I had to call the local store even though I ordered through the site. Called the store and as soon as they found out I had an issue with a deliver, the put me on hold for a manager. Waited in hold fo over 15 minuted. Last time am ordering from Pizza Hut.

Placed an online order for 2 medium pizzas. One with extra pepperoni and the other with extra cheese. I got neither. Barely any sauce on either of the pies. Loud music blaring so loud you could hardly hear the counter guy. Very sad to see how far Pizza Hut has gone down hill.
