Got a large 10 slice sausage sweet pepper and mikes hot honey pizza. It was delicious, a little pricey at $35 but worth it in my book

I order from here at least once or twice a week. I normally get the same thing, however, today I decided to switch it up and I cannot believe they allowed my sandwich to go out the way it looked. It was wrapped up so sloppy and had so much sauce that it was completely inedible. The roll got all soggy and paper and cheese was all stuck together in the sandwich. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I am stuck working today and it is my birthday, decided to order lunch and pay $50 and I am very disappointed to say the least.
**UPDATE: The owner reached out to me about my order and got everything resolved so I have updated my review. I am surprised he reached out to me and also so quickly! I will give them another chance because their food is normally always 5 stars! Thank you.
