Go to Yum Yums Bake Shop or another Starbs. This place doesn't deserve your business. The workers have always been great and I was always pleased with my orders. The management is the ssue. This may trigger some but from a community perspective, this place doesn't deserve your business. You see, that Starbs at York and Street is usually active with Wood students before and after school. Another mother and myself reached out to that establishment in hopes of a small donation that could be used toward Wood's Football Team fundraiser and didn't hear a peep back. That same business that profits off those students daily, couldn't even make a small gift card donation toward a raffle basket. I am not blasting any other business that didn't contribute but I am blasting this one since the students disproportionately frequent this business among others. I will move my future orders to Yum Yum's. They did contribute, have excellent donuts and specialty drinks among other things and really care about and support this community

I just got coffee around noon on Jan 10th- the girl (Alicia or Alice- started with an A) made my drink perfect. Sometimes the ratios are off but she nailed it. I think she initially thought I hated it cause I was looking at it, but she killed it.

This is my first visit here . The coffee was good everybody knows that but what I would like to know is why do they ask for your name if they don't call it out when your coffee is ready? There was only one other person in the restaurant and they had already been served & thought to myself, they're really taking a long time for a simple coffee. So after a while I go to the counter and there it is sitting there-no one called out my name or informed in any other way that my coffee was done. My recommendation is wait to tip until after you're served.

It's like it's burnt and bitter and watered down all at once, have never had a $10 latte screwed up this spectacularly and I'm too tired for this shit, I don't get how everybody else is happy to keep locations like this one in business, ya get what ya put up with

In the mornings they work so slow. It’s not fun at all. Someone is always late, and they can only make like two drinks in 25 minutes. It’s awful for a Starbucks.!!!!

Bigger than it looks from outside. They provide the fastest service I have seen and I am at 3 to 5 different starbucks per day on the road between appointments. Pleasantly surprised. Friendly, well staffed and quick!
