Came in one day and wasn’t greated at all, this lady with long red hair was at the register and she didn’t even notice me at first because she was so focused on her phone. When she finally did acknowledge me, it wasn’t a pleasant experience… it makes me not want to come back.

Please do more choice of gluten free sandwiches etc. Lemon Chicken and other options would be great. Its disappointing when there is no food suitable for coeliacs

At this point I would call myself a starbucks critic, and I have to say this one is probably my favorite. Starbucks is always hit or miss with their baristas and drive thru workers, but I have only ever had good experiences with this location and I’ve been coming to this one since 2019. You are all SO SWEET! More importantly you’re really nice to the two dogs I usually have in the car too which is more important to me than a correct order. Speaking of, my order has only gotten mixed up ONE TIME in 6 years and they corrected it and it wasn’t even a big deal. I’ll never forget that! Most starbucks locations I go to, the people at the window are so rude but this one is always polite, says “thank you” (rare nowadays), and genuinely seems happy to help you. I am certain some of your customers give you a hard time, but there are some of us who are thankful for you all!!

Me & my friend went in to get a cup of coffee, we went to sit at a table , it had some coffee on it from previous customer, a guy came over said wait ,let me wipe that down for you. I watched in amazement as he continued to wipe down every table , did the window sills, continued on outside, wiped down the doors, the ledges, and so much more. Meanwhile, one of the girls from behind the counter walked passed us , I asked her who he was . I was floored , when she told us he was the Manager. I asked his name, she said TJ. I just wanted you to know what a great Manager you have. All the workers were all pleasant ! It is enjoyable to have a hot cup of coffee & see how quick & efficient everyone was. This Starbucks is always so good. The staff is always so friendly and amazing and today when I went to the Warminster Location to get my birthday drink for my birthday, a staff member drew a cute little cat drawing on my cup. Little did the staff know that I lost my 10 year old cat just two days prior. This literally made my day and made me cry. Thank you guys so much ❤️
Ordered 2 things on Saturday, Dec 14th at 12:45pm. They were already out of Lemon loaf and bacon,sausage& egg white wrap. The weekend just started and they were already out of these items???!! I also ordered Vanilla Latte and got French vanilla which I am allergic to nuts. I proceeded to drink and tasted it. Brutal! I am never frequenting this location again.

If I could give absolutely no stars I would. They were rude not welcoming 2 younger kids a girl and guy. They didn’t help with anything and couldn’t even answer questions that they should know the answers to. HORRIBLE customer service AVOID going to this location. They should really watch out who they hire

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. I’ve been stopping in regularly since I started working down the street about a year ago, and my coffee is perfect every time. Everyone is so kind, they always remember my name and make my early mornings a little bit brighter. I swear iced coffee from any other location is not as good as it is from here. Seriously the best, thank you guys!!
