Excellent cheese steaks and hoagies, but was more convenient when they were open 24 hours. They should go back to 24/7. I'd go at least once a week around 1:00am. They'd get mad DoorDash orders, too, because Wawa lost some quality with all their recent expansions.

Definitely an awesome cheesesteak and hoagie! Can’t sleep on Steak and Hoagie Factory! I wish a real Philly area cheesesteak place was franchised around the country and not an Ohio one. Go S&HF!
The current management is not as efficient as the previous ones. Perhaps the current manager needs more time in the position to fully develop his employees into an effective team instead of just being a co-worker, I had this experience myself and it is tough to transition to boss when you used to be one of the workers

This is usually my go to for a cheesesteak. I don’t think that will be happening again. I’ve had this issue before where I get a mini cheesesteak bring it home and the meat was like dry shoe leather. It also tasted like burnt pasta sauce, onion, etc. Before I left I looked over at the grill and it was filthy, they are definitely not cleaning the grill frequently!!!!
When I went in the potato chips were not on the racks.They were placed in boxes on top of the soda machines. I’ll let everyone’s mind wonder why that is. Very disappointed! Definitely won’t be back

My son & I stopped for a late lunch. He had a plain steak sandwich & I had a chicken cheese steak, we split an order of curly fries & we both got drinks. All was very good. More than either one of us could eat and had leftovers. It's a little small so take out/take away is best. Especially in the heat of summer, although the have a few tables inside & picnic tables outside, I forget if they had umbrellas for the picnic tables. Would definitely go again. Prices are comparable to others due to the current economy.
