Ordered 2 baja blasts 1 quesadilla meal and 1 steak burrito meal. Got to the window got handed a whole different order waited 10 minutes for them to get my new order. Baja blasts were all watered down. Got fiesta chips in my burrito when i said no fiesta chips. My nacho fries were half full. Not even. The dude at the counter was super chill the lady who handed me my food was extremely rude no sorry nothing. Poor service on her part. Do better.

They closed the dining at 10 pm when it says they’re open until midnight. We had to order from our phone then check in with the drive through. I had 3 different online orders placed as I was with 3 of my friends. They told me I had to go around the drive through 3 times to get all 3 orders instead of making all of them at once. The worker was also rude as I was trying to ask some simple questions. It took 50 minutes after going around the drive through 3 times, and at the end of it they got some of my orders wrong. Horrible place wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered using Tacobell App late in the evening after a long ride to motel in the area. Needed fast hot healthy food . Ordered a deluxe box my favorite less than $8 !! App allows to change/ modify for vegetarian to replace beef with black Beans/ refried.Also delete white sauce for vegans .. unbelievable value fast and delicious

As of lately food, service, and general energy and environment has went downhill. Orders are not correct during the day. And there is a harshness towards the customers who make any change at the window particularly this treatment is making fun of the customer and being condescending to make the customer feel uncomfortable throughout the drive through process. I’m speaking particularly to two employees a woman in her 50s or 60s who has glasses and usually working at this time at the DT window. She usually has her hair in a bun and has a hat on and is white passing. She constantly gives attitude and bring up our last interaction where she was upset at me deciding to ask for no ice. Being rude and nasty to a paying customer never ends well because that is how you lose your customers. I’d think twice about coming to this location as a frequent customer of color and would suggest others do the same if they are wanting to be treated with respect. I was asked in a smart ass way if I paid or not by this lady and she said she didn’t and couldn’t see if I did while laughing with a younger DT employee who also wears glasses and seems to be a person of color working around this time. As a paying customer I will take my business elsewhere.

This was the worst Taco Bell my family and I have ever been to. The employees were rude, we stood in line waiting for someone to help us but no one did so we used the computer to get our food, the only reason we didn't leave is because my granddaughter wanted TB. We will never again go to this location this was ridiculous to be treated this way I would recommend going somewhere else Management should really train there employees to be respectful with customers
