Honestly i usually love this location. However this past experience makes me want to look for another location. I ordered delivery for myself and my husband (I’m pregnant and this is what I’ve been craving lately)through the Taco Bell app and placed the order at 7:40 pm. Order did not get to me until 9:30! They use DoorDash so I called them first and they told me I had to contact Taco Bell after they called the store with no answer. So I called the store twice with no answer. The store ended up calling me back and whoever i spoke to was absolutely no help. Excuse after excuse. And this person definitely didn’t seem like they knew what was going on. I can understand being super busy and waiting like an extra 10-15 minutes (I worked in the food industry for 5+ years so i know it can get hectic sometimes) but not over an hour. That is un acceptable. The food was not as good as usual either. Soft tacos were mostly lettuce, no extra meat on the burrito(like we requested and paid extra for) and my cheesy potato bowl lacked the usual amount of cheese. It was mostly potato. So disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for quite sometime. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Every single time I go here, the food is ALWAYS COLD. Even when they make you wait it still somehow comes out cold!!!!! How???? This Taco Bell is so poorly ran. Incompetent workers apparently. I just love ice cold tacos!

Should probably fix or update their hours, placed a mobile order over an hour before listed close, the order was accepted and my card information taken and when I got there to pick up(less than 5 minutes after placing it) the location was closed with staff inside. A bit frustrating that they allowed orders to go through and then closed.
Always quick at the drive thru and order is always right. Nothing to complain about here

I have been in 50+ tacobells, I travel a lot. This place got me very mad. Portion size ot every item was less than half of what it should be. For example, in my chicken bowl, you can literally fit 5 times the amount of food that I received. I usually get twice as much food when ordering bowl. I got left hungry when same meal would have been more than enough. What a shame!
