I visited the restaurant after returning to the area recently. The quality was so very disappointing compared to prior visits. Chicken sandwich was dry and full of gristle. Server was busy chatting with other servers and never checked in on our meal. I will not return.

I’ve had Lisa as a server the past two times that i’ve been there, and both times my food has been incorrect. Tonight I got a wrap that was loaded with peppers(which I am allergic to) after waiting over 20 minutes so I opted to not eat because the rest of my party would have been done by the time I got the correct food. The many times that I have been there before, the food and service was great. Lisa should be retrained so you do not lose anymore business considering management stated it’s not the first complaint they’ve received about her.

Tony's is a great place for locals to go for good food (their long menu accommodates almost any taste!), or dining environment. There's bar seating, dining room, covered porch and patio seating. There's an active rail line across the street so rarely you may be treated to the sight and sound of passing rail cars. I'm not sure I'd make it a destination, but if you're in the neighborhood you won't find better food and libations anywhere around. Go Birds!
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to enter the restaurant. No serious impediment.

Excellent pizza, beer menu is exceptional, prices typical, pretty busy when we were here, but servers were keeping up. Worth the visit.

Very crowded and noisy in the middle of the day which I guess shows that it's a good place to eat!

Mediocre at best. I think it's a place people just are used to going to and don't realize it's not very good. Food was overcooked, rolls were dry and well the food was just not good. Tried it and they failed, save your money for someplace else.
Oh, I spent $100 on sandwich, pasta salad and dessert.

They make the best tomato pie around so whenever I'm in the area, I stop in for one. Staff is super friendly and the place has a locals vibe. The one knock is I asked for water and received a glass of tap. I don't live in the Philly area any longer so the taste of the water is definitely an acquired one. IMO, bottled water should be an option.

Nothing great. Cold and stale fries. Felt marginalised and ignored. The head waitress wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed upset to be there. Dessert was bland with cheap ingredients.

On labor day weekend I was in town for a hockey showcase. As the team manager, I was looking to set up a team lunch for Saturday. I sent an online message to Tony's. Within a few hours I received a call back. I was looking to accommodate 35-40 people. The weather forecast was up in the air for the day. The gentleman I spoke with was super helpful and informed me they had a covered and uncovered patio they could put us depending on the weather. We arrived a few minutes before the reserved time. The place was super nice and the staff was nicer. They quickly set up for us to sit in the covered area, spilling out to a few other hi top tables. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the drinks were frosty.
After lunch I was so impressed with the experience, I asked a few in our group if the they were interested in coming back on Sunday if we could. The whole group said emphatically yes. I went to speak with the hostess. They were quick to confirm they could welcome us back. We returned Sunday to the same fantastic service.
If you are looking for a couples night, a family dinner, or a group event, I highly recommend Tony's. I'll certainly be back when in the area.
