Got a tall beer halfway through it I could see the bottom of the glass and noticed chunks of dried whatever it was stuck to the bottom of the glass. Told my waitress she took my beer brought me a new one after her and her manager inspected it and still charged me for the dirty glass of beer.

The Applebee's in Warren Pa. Is the worst service I have ever had in my life. I got my food the bartender Joanne never came back to check on me. She was on her phone at the end of the bar my entire visit. She made me feel like I wasn't welcome in this establishment. I drove from Detroit to warren for the Thanksgiving holiday and got treated with nothing but unhappy service. Yall need to fix this

We were having a late lunch (3pm) and were seated promptly as the place was pretty empty. We were met by our waitress, “Jennifer” who was very nice. I ordered the Bourbon chicken with shrimp and mashed potatoes ($14.99) with a tea ($3.29) and my wife ordered the Quesadilla chicken salad ($15.49). The food was good but not great. My main complaint was that our waitress never checked on us after our food was delivered and my $3.29 tea ran dry during my meal. Towards the end of my meal, she did come over and ask if I wanted another tea. I’ve never been a waitress but I’m pretty sure paying attention to your customers drink is a “top of the list” item.
