Slow, it was like they could only wait on one person at a time. A drive through customer came inside with order issues. I had to stand and wait to order until they were done fixing her order. ? Then when she left they talk about her....sorry. never, ever, talk negative about your customers. They are why you have a job!

The atmosphere is what it is, but the service was friendly and the food was pretty tasty. RB and Cheddar was messy as hell. A definite no go while driving but the Rueben was excellent!
Its no wonder you can't keep employees. During interview: "can you close 2-3 nights a week?"Employee: " yes a couple nights a week"Arby's: "Here's your schedule, you close every single day."

First, she didn't put Arby's or Horsey Sauce in the bag. Then the curly fries were hard. And the sandwiches were so bad we each took a bite and a half and spit it out and threw them away. The weird sauce they put on them was nasty and the meat was rubbery. Total waste of $15. I'm glad we took it home to eat so we could spit it out.
