We’ve been going to Warren a lot this summer for home improvement products at Lowe’s. We don’t have a Dairy Queen back home. We’ve stopped at this Dairy Queen twice in the past month. The first time, we waited 10 minutes in the lobby. No one in the drive thru, only one guest in the dining area. There were people in the back walking around on their phones. There’s two registers in the lobby, and we weren’t sure which one to go to. We stood on the side where we could see people in the back. I even opened the front door a second time so the bell would ring. Finally, someone came to the front and he just stared at us. Then when I said I wanted to order something, he told us we were on the wrong side, and that side was for drive thru…there weren’t signs to indicate that, so we didn’t know. He didn’t follow us over or have someone come up to take our order. Just stood there and pointed to the other register. We moved to the other side and then waited for someone to come out to take our order. The second time (everything deserves a second chance) we stopped (today), one employee was openly complaining to another employee about getting a rush, and another male employee in the back was putting together sandwiches with no gloves on, complaining that he needed a cigarette break. He dipped his hand in the pickles and slapped them on the sandwich, then wiped his hands on his gym shorts and continued to make food. I saw him pick up bread with his bare hands again, put a second sandwich together, wipe his hand on his shorts again, boxed the sandwich, and put it in the window, walked away while wiping his hand on his shorts…again. Just disgusting!! The employees beverages were sitting on the counter by the chocolate syrup pump along with someone’s bow tie pasta leftovers from home. The soda machine was a mess…it’s just a no for us moving forward. Hearing employees complain about having to wait on customers, and just wanting to take a break isn’t presenting a welcoming experience. And the no gloves/no handwashing…again, disgusting.
*PA Health Department requires the wearing of gloves when preparing ready to eat foods. They’re required to wear hair restraints (the employee making sandwiches wasn’t wearing a hat or a hair net). Drinks are to have lids with straws, and personal food/belongings are to be placed in a designated area away from food preparation areas. Not only were their items on the counter, they were in site of the guests.

The staff were fabulous. Food average as expected for fast food. Ice cream hit the spot on a hot day. Was very busy and could have used a person in the dining room. Overall Good trip and Place

It was really busy when I was there, Blizzards were ok, but not very well mixed. I don't get to Warren very often and we no longer have a Dairy Queen in Bradford,Pa, so I was honestly disappointed and the guy that waited on us made another order before ours, after he waited on us first, and then he goofed one of them up, threw it away and didn't remake it, we had to ask another employee to make it.

Absolutely ridiculous when kids are wearing shorts shorter than their shirt. Absolutely crap service when doordashing and get pushed to the side after waiting in a long line. Barely any serive in the front! Not okay! Recommend going to youngsville if you want better service!!!

Owner and his wacker wife steals time from all employees pay. Wife takes a half hour of pay everyday from every worker for a break that is only 15 minutes and mandatory which means that they have to legally pay the worker for that break because it’s under 20 minutes. She takes 30 minutes from everyone that hasn’t caught on yet even tho they only take 15 minutes for their break as per owner policy.
Also, why is everything here so expensive? Go to other Dairy Queens and it’s all noticeably cheaper for every menu item.
There’s a better tasting ice cream shop in town next to wicked warrens anyways.

So good!! I haven't had Dairy Queen since I was a kid and it was definitely worth the drive to Pennsylvania to get it!

Very fast and friendly service. Both items were as expected, but as with everything else in today's world, they seem to cost more for less. Still, very high quality and great taste.
Parking: Plenty of parking and they even have a putt putt golf course behind the store.

I would go to a negative review. I was craving a blizzard. Went to turn in and I saw milk crates stacked up to block both in doors. Not like near, infront of. Blocking. There were 2 guys in black shirts sitting on other milk crates. Cars just drove around the building. It's was 1108am. They should have been open. It felt fishy so I left.

After waiting in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes, the hot dogs tasted like they were overcooked about 2 days before and the bun was stale and hard. The onion rings were so fried it was difficult to even chew them.... maybe they were 2 days old also. Last time we give this place a chance.
