Absolutely ridiculous service times, we waited (dine in) for 50 min asked what what going on said our order was up on screen now and still 20 min went by and nothing asked for refund cause if I wanted to wait an hr for food we would have went to a restaurant and when I got my refund they couldn’t even get that right, ppl who came in after us and ordered food were taken care of first, absolutely unacceptable for a “fast food” franchise

ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. This place should have an award for least reliable complete drive thru orders. Tonight is the fourth time we’ve gotten home without everything ordered and paid for! So frustrating!!! I was told they have delivery now…so I asked them to deliver the basket of fries they forgot. Nope. They didn’t have anyone that could do that but I could “come back”. I’m sorry, I’d like to eat warm food with my family, not cold and alone after...read full review
