One of the evening managers, Amy was very helpful!! We purchased one of the Penguins box of food. When I went to hand it to my son outside the whole box fell apart and food went everywhere. When I went in to ask if there was anything that could be done about it Amy just replaced everything very easily and was very personable and helpful!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is only one spot where a wheelchair can get up on the sidewalk to get in and the doors have a big wheelchair accessible sign on them but they don't have the push button for an electric door, you have to pull a regular door. So, for somebody in an electric wheelchair you have to have somebody with you to open the door or it's very difficult. I crunched my ankle trying to hold the door and control my chair to get in.

If you go to the drive thru expect fast service, but if you go to the lobby it could be up to 20mins before anyone realizes you're there. They are helpful and welcoming and will accommodate special orders fairly well! Once in a while they forget my fries, but I just check my order before I go and they fix any issues immediately after told! Staff are generally nice and willing to help when needed. Love their frappes, mine is a special order and they get it right a out 90% of the time! It's a little complicated so I try not to get upset over the occasional mistake!
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of options here
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids friendly! They have a table with built in games for kids or anyone else to be entertained. They have another table with light up dots. Happy Meals, need I say more!? They have high chairs available for little ones!
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheel chair accessibility, but the doors don't self open and can be a little heavy! This is the only handicap issue that I personally know of. They do offer handicap parking as close to the door as physically possible which can also be helpful.

They forget alot of the time to make sure all items are in the bag and also only use one bag to put 4 or 5 meals in which is absurd considering they don't know if maybe the foods going to diff people or places.

They didn't make this McDonald's better at all, they made it significantly worse because of how long it takes to get your order. I could probably drive to Lakewood and get my order by the time it takes this one to complete it.
