One of the evening managers, Amy was very helpful!! We purchased one of the Penguins box of food. When I went to hand it to my son outside the whole box fell apart and food went everywhere. When I went in to ask if there was anything that could be done about it Amy just replaced everything very easily and was very personable and helpful!!!

If you go to the drive thru expect fast service, but if you go to the lobby it could be up to 20mins before anyone realizes you're there. They are helpful and welcoming and will accommodate special orders fairly well! Once in a while they forget my fries, but I just check my order before I go and they fix any issues immediately after told! Staff are generally nice and willing to help when needed. Love their frappes, mine is a special order and they get it right a out 90%...

Upper management needs to hold their team lead accountable for the cleanliness ok the restaurant..it should never look as bad as it did this morning. Maybe third night shift manager and staff need to be retrained on how a clean restaurant...
