Placed an order for pick up after working 10 hrs. I now have no dinner, because the employees at your store never made the order. And no time for them to figure it out because Im on my way to my 2nd job! Way to go! I will not be back and certainly will caution others to go elsewhere. Absolutely no excuse, I am surprised that even 50% of Warren would recommend this establishment. (based on your reviews)
Got a pizza, half with different toppings. Opened the box and two pieces are switched? So weird.
I’ve ordered a few times, including the first day they opened. They are quick, orders are correct, customer service is good. Today there was an issue with the app and the manager made it right, actually going above and beyond. Definitely enjoy the rewards and app deals as well!
