Management is very rude, employees on phones, they don’t use gloves. Overall a dirty establishment and wouldn’t recommend. 0/10. They also don’t know how to get a simple order right

I ordered pizza on line at 2pm for a 6pm delivery. Well, the pizza arrived around 2:15. Of course I refused it. I called them and got nothing but attitude. This joint won’t be around for long at this rate

I love papa johns and it was really great when it first opened but since then, the employees making the pizza aren't trying or their manager isn't training them well , pizza looks sloppy the quality overall is not good, they messed my order up the last 2x and never got a call back like they said they would. Hopefully they train those kids better or hire new people who care more

Don't get me wrong I love papa John's pizza. But this evening 9-17-25 I ordered a LG pizza and it barely had any cheese on it. It had many barely spots where it was just sauce no cheese. Very disappointed I had such high hopes for this papa John's but so far disappointed

Placed an order for pick up after working 10 hrs. I now have no dinner, because the employees at your store never made the order. And no time for them to figure it out because Im on my way to my 2nd job! Way to go! I will not be back and certainly will caution others to go elsewhere. Absolutely no excuse, I am surprised that even 50% of Warren would recommend this establishment. (based on your reviews)

They told me my pizza would be done at 3 pm, I showed up and they kept telling me it was close to being ready. I ended up just canceling my order and getting a a refund, not to mention the kid taking orders up front was very rude. Never going here again.

We ordered a pizza at 4:20 pm and we're told to pick up in 15 mins,well after arriving and being told ,3 different times it would be ready in a couple of minutes we finally got a refund at 5:05 pm and will never go back
