The Arbor Coffee House Cafe & Tea Room

If you’re ever around the downtown Warren area, I highly recommend this coffee and tea house. This has been my go to for over 4 years now and since then I’m glad to say every visit is always as wonderful as the last! The community that is centered around the shop is amazing! 🙂

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here and it’s like no time has passed (in a good way). The owner still recognized me! That’s small town charm right there! The coffee is always delicious and the food is amazing. Was happy I had to come in to town so I had the opportunity to stop in here again. A great cozy area to grab a bite to eat or a fantastic drink.

Arbor's breakfast burrito is the bomb! Got turned on to it by a friend, and I turned another friend onto it, and we all day it's the best breakfast burrito we have ever had!!!

Stopped in while driving through in desperate need for coffee. Coffee was delicious, staff was welcoming and helpful and order was filled promptly. If I had more time today I would’ve loved the chance to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get in, aisles are wide and counter is low enough that a wheelchair user would be able to get service. They brought drinks out so there wasn’t a high pickup counter to contend with.

The bathroom is large and the door opens wide, but I don’t recall bar placements and am not confident a power chair user could use it.

Cozy coffee shop in downtown Warren. Fair prices and delicious coffee. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast croissant, and my brother ordered a tuna sandwich. We both enjoyed our meals!

Beautiful little spot !!! Got a vanilla latte and some broccoli cheddar soup everything was perfect!!!! Service was fast and smooth wonderful spot close to a walk by the water !!

Wonderful coffee and pastry shop with daily specials. We did the high tea for two and absolutely recommend it! Tea, scones, and sandwiches with petit four's and terrific service. Special place reserved with flowers. Went for my spouse's birthday and we felt like royalty.

Parking: Penna West near 2 nd. The mid-city lot has plenty of parking and is a short walk.

This was my first visit to The Arbor Coffee House Cafe & Tea Room, and it was terrific! The vibe is friendly, warm and cozy. The menu is extensive, and a server recommended a toasted vanilla marshmallow latte; it was delicious. My only qualm is that it closes too early!

Soup is always phenomenal, the fact that they charge extra for bread… ridiculous up until this year I have never paid for bread to go with my soup… anywhere.

Coffee is good… half the time… the other half it’s bleh like come on consistency is key… they do not advertise all their flavors well.

While service is quick you never feel welcome.
