I had been getting hot hazelnut coffee. Then it didn't taste like hazelnut anymore so I went in and said I think someone forgot to put hazelnut in and they said they were told to only put one pump in. I went to lakewood and they said they use 4 pumps. I wonder why the difference.

I went to Warren Tim Hortons and drove through I asked if they had strawberry or raspberry filled tim bits the one taking the orders was very rude with me saying they don't have them so I asked about any timbits and she said they don't have them at that store anymore...so I was trying to be polite and asked about any filled donuts and she said I told you we don't carry them at this location....very rudely....I have always went to TH for my donuts and never had a problem with rude people needless to say I will NEVER Recommend Tim Hortons again I always held them higher than starbucks and dunkin donuts guess I will start making my own

Absolute terrible service at this location. I asked for a hot coffee and was given an iced one. After telling the cashier, she gave me such a hard time saying that I asked for a cold one and refused to give me a hot coffee at first. It took her 10 minutes to give me a sandwich I ordered which was not good as well. Never coming back to this location as the cashier was very unpleasant and rude for no reason.

I just left with an Iced pumpkin spice coffee, cream no sugar. It had no pumpkin flavor. If it did, it didn't taste like it.. Tasted sour mixed with a tea taste. It was weird and a few sips upset my stomach. Not impressed. I would have went back for them to fix it but I was in a hurry.

Tons of flies swarming in front of the menu. Then saw some landing on biscuits and donuts. Decided to leave.
They literally messed up my order of just a black coffee. I got a coffee with some sort of creamer it in. All that needed to be done was to pour it from the pot to my cup and they couldn’t even get that right.

Drinks were fast and great, but service was a bit rude. Never said a thing in drive through when I paid, got my drinks and said have a nice day. Interacted with 2 different girls at the window and neither said a word to me.
