Absolute terrible service at this location. I asked for a hot coffee and was given an iced one. After telling the cashier, she gave me such a hard time saying that I asked for a cold one and refused to give me a hot coffee at first. It took her 10 minutes to give me a sandwich I ordered which was not good as well. Never coming back to this location as the cashier was very unpleasant and rude for no reason.

I just left with an Iced pumpkin spice coffee, cream no sugar. It had no pumpkin flavor. If it did, it didn't taste like it.. Tasted sour mixed with a tea taste. It was weird and a few sips upset my stomach. Not impressed. I would have went back for them to fix it but I was in a hurry.

They literally messed up my order of just a black coffee. I got a coffee with some sort of creamer it in. All that needed to be done was to pour it from the pot to my cup and they couldn’t even get that right.

Drinks were fast and great, but service was a bit rude. Never said a thing in drive through when I paid, got my drinks and said have a nice day. Interacted with 2 different girls at the window and neither said a word to me.

One of my wives favorite places to go to till today, I have never been a fan personally but she loved it. Today while trying to order, between every item I order the lady “Brie” Rudely said anything else. Which wasn’t real fun cause I order quite a few things. After mercifully finishing my order I went to the window where after taking my card for payment she wonderfully glared at me between handing me drinks and food. When we got our food we received we got chips instead of muffins, I went to hand them back and they said they couldn’t take them and closed the window. After waiting a minute at the window she came back and I said I need my muffins still, to which she rudely said I gave you two bags. And I said no you didn’t and she goes yes I did. After we had to say we would have the cops come and sort it out they magically remembered not giving us the muffins but didn’t even have the muffins we ordered 🤯. So I took what they had and got out of there, never in my 45 years of life have I ever had that bad of treatment. Absolutely disgusting putrid horrifying customer service. To top it off inside the building as we were waiting the employees looked to be arguing with each other.

Where I live, I don't have one of these. All we have is dunkin' and Starbucks and a few smaller shops.. i fell in love with this shop in Michigan. In my own personal opinion, they have the best coffees and donuts that I have ever had, and the price is absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be driving three and a half hours to get there from where I live for at least a monthly treat.. I am so very excited that I have found that they are in my state. The workers are always very friendly, extremely quick, and efficient. I have never had a bad experience at any of these establishments, and I have had them in multiple states and their home country. And never once have I ever had a bad experience. Kudos to you all and job well done.
Jess and Jodi are the reason I come back to Tim Hortons everyday. Wonderful service and very rarely do I see any mistakes in what I order. They’re fantastic at communication and customer service.
