One of my wives favorite places to go to till today, I have never been a fan personally but she loved it. Today while trying to order, between every item I order the lady “Brie” Rudely said anything else. Which wasn’t real fun cause I order quite a few things. After mercifully finishing my order I went to the window where after taking my card for payment she wonderfully glared at me between handing me drinks and food. When we got our food we received we got chips instead of muffins, I went to hand them back and they said they couldn’t take them and closed the window. After waiting a minute at the window she came back and I said I need my muffins still, to which she rudely said I gave you two bags. And I said no you didn’t and she goes yes I did. After we had to say we would have the cops come and sort it out they magically remembered not giving us the muffins but didn’t even have the muffins we ordered 🤯. So I took what they had and got out of there, never in my 45 years of life have I ever had that bad of treatment. Absolutely disgusting putrid horrifying customer service. To top it off inside the building as we were waiting the employees looked to be arguing with each other.

Where I live, I don't have one of these. All we have is dunkin' and Starbucks and a few smaller shops.. i fell in love with this shop in Michigan. In my own personal opinion, they have the best coffees and donuts that I have ever had, and the price is absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be driving three and a half hours to get there from where I live for at least a monthly treat.. I am so very excited that I have found that they are in my state. The workers are always very friendly, extremely quick, and efficient. I have never had a bad experience at any of these establishments, and I have had them in multiple states and their home country. And never once have I ever had a bad experience. Kudos to you all and job well done.

Twice I’ve tried to make a order on their app and money taken both times, order never placed, 3 days later no refunds yet and any help I’ve tried to reach out to won’t do anything at all ! Feel as though they are doing nothing more than stealing peoples money and scamming them! Super unsatisfied! Will never attempt to order from them again! Worst customer service ever !

Four clerks gathered around drive thru window with no drivethru customers, looked directly at me standing at counter~~~ not one offered to wait on me. Clerk that was in sandwich area peaked around counter and immediately came to offer assistance. After waiting 3 minutes. She was very pleasant. The other four finally broke apart went separate ways still never acknowledged me with full eye contact.

Another Tim hortons for coffee and another 45 minute wait. Just want a simple coffee. If you need something quick, go somewhere else or leave 45 minutes in your schedule open to wait for the coffee
