There is a huge inconsistency amongst drink prep. Sometimes I go and order something and it's amazing, others it's awful and when you request a replacement there one manager and a few employees have a really bad attitude about it.

The store's main intake of customers is via the drive-thru. Much of the labor is dedicated towards this, and the lines are usually pretty lengthy. If you are a customer who likes to order at the counter, it is usually a viable option with plenty of parking spaces and seats available. However, it may take some time to get served. You can order ahead thru the app, and if you are picking up at the drive-thru, you have to wait in the long line or you can pop in and pick up at the counter to shorten your time this way. Staff does a good job getting your order ready quickly, correctly, and in a friendly fashion.

We stopped and got lunch and then grabbed some coffee to go. Tim Hortons coffee is always awesome. The Ham and Swiss sandwich is very good and thier chips are delicious.

Thank you Warren Tim Hortons for the lukewarm latte this morning. The only way that could have happened is if you gave me a drink that had been sitting on the counter. The least you could do is serve your hot beverages fresh and hot.
