I think our waitress Kacy was a little out of it. She was a little too fast at asking us what we wanted to eat. Not even a couple of minutes went by before she came back again to ask what we wanted. Also, I remember repeating instructions on what we needed at our table and she would assist other tables without remembering what I told her. Then, she would return, without giving us what we needed thus causing the repetition. It’s just the little things, this was a strange experience for a BWW because usually the workers know what he or she is doing. But apart from that, the food was great. I ordered the Beer Cheesesteak and Macaroni with bacon bits and that was great. I packed up the rest for another day.

The service is SLOW!!! There were only 3 full tables yet we still had to wait 10 minutes for only ONE drink to come. This has happened almost every single visit and I am thinking about starting to go to Chickie’s and Petes. My dad still waiting for sample of a beer..

Update: We got there towards the end of happy hour. We waited a long time for our waitress. By time she came to take our order, happy hour was over and she would not give us the deals. It also took a long time for our food to come out. The dining room was not filled, perhaps 50% or less of the seats were filled. I also didn't realize that I had to request celery/carrots to come with the wings (I always expected them to come with the meal, was never asked, either). And because everything took so long, I was not going to ask for them. Start to end, we were there 1.5 to 2 hours. I would expect less time. On the plus side, the food ordered was correct, and everything tasted great 👍
In the past, I have ordered takeout, and you usually have to wait at least 20-30 minutes past the time it says that the food will be ready by, before you will get it. Again, the order is usually correct and the food is great.
We don't complain about the food. Just the time it all takes. Also wish that the wait staff was a little more attentive to us. It would take a while to get drinks refilled, and had to look for her to ask for the check.

My group and I came in simply looking to grab some drinks, but were told—without any real explanation—that they “weren’t taking anybody else.” Unfortunately, no one was at the front to let us know what was going on, which left us standing and waiting with no direction.
Shoutout to Cam, our would-be waitress, who was the only one that seemed willing to help and actually had customer service in mind. She deserves credit.
The manager on duty, however, was a different story. Instead of running the floor or helping resolve the confusion, they had time to come out and casually chat with coworkers—yet not enough time to address guests or manage the situation properly.
Now I understand why this location’s reviews aren’t great. Management sets the tone, and sadly, it showed here.

Cam came around and changed the dynamic. She made sure she went above and beyond to make our experience here better despite her boss saying she couldn’t serve us because they were short staff and she needed her to stay inside in work and not service the patio. Cam was attentive and sweet and my family appreciated her service

My review is for Doordash delivery. My order was just tater tots and French fries. It's fine the food wasn't hot. Food tastes like it was fried in not clean oil though, not very tasty. Weird aftertaste in mouth. Immediate upset stomach too, yuck. Maybe location needs to clean and replace their oil more often? Other locations I have not had this experience yet and this is my usual order from BWW. If ordered in restaurant, could've shared this complaint. Hopefully my air fryer fixes it, but probably won't reorder. Dirty frying oil is usually a sign of worse in the kitchen :( Potentially I ordered on a bad day and this isn't their usual experience. Very disappointed with my experience trying this as a new location with delivery 💔

Ordered takeout— it was ready quick (15 minutes) and on time. We arrived before it was ready, picked up straight from coming out of the kitchen and walked 2 minutes across lot to hotel and all the food was cold. Boneless wings were poor, and they had dropped one in the marinara so my kid wouldn’t eat it. Onion rings, mozzarella sticks also cold. Nachos tasted like they were made first and sat there for 15 minutes- they should not be sent out soggy with cheese congealed on it- send it fresh with toppings on the side so it can be reheated. My kids ended up just eating the cake bc everything else was cold. Besides it being cold, the food tasted ok.
