My experience here was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and came in to pick it up, only to find that half of my order was missing. Thankfully, I checked the bag before leaving. On top of that, they forgot basic items like napkins and utensils.

What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. The person at the front desk didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience at all. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters, especially when the issue is brought to your attention.

Overall, the customer service here is poor. Just something to be aware of before ordering.

36$ for 20 pcs bone in wing , over price. also the waiter who took our to-go order, his pants was down and his underwear was visible. While he is taking order with one hand he was also scrathing his underwear with other hand. My girlfriend and i was there, we dont need to see all of that. Have some respect to guests.

Nice BWW center. Wings were great, service was quick. Love their sauce options. Decent beer options. But happy hour ends too early. Staff was kind and courteous. Ample parking space.

I ordered three 10 piece lemon pepper wings and 2 orders of buffalo wings and got all the way home and it was ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING ON THE WINGS 😡 Then to add salt to injury …. lol I called to let the manager know the issue Gianna said to bring the wings back so they could throw some seasoning on the wings. After I told her that I was not from the area. I spent $98 and some change on this food …. What happen to customer services ? There is no customer service any more. J had to write this review I never write a review.

The staff is primarily young people and I think they do a great job. The food is always good. I’ve only been here during slower times but people complaining obviously cannot comprehend how hard things have been since Covid. Who wants to be a server when you make $2.83 an hour and nobody tips like they should cause our economy sucks? I was a server before and during Covid. This place is decent

Whole experience was awful. Would not return. Long wait. Server was mildly rude when we asked if it was possible to get raw onions on a sandwich. Chicken sandwich and cheesesteaks are small. I’ve had a better chicken sandwich at a corner dive bar or even a drive thru! Maybe if you only get wings it would be ok but my first experience ensured it would be my last.

I was debating on leaving a review because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt if they are understaffed or new but after two separate occasions of the same situation we will not be returning. Our first time here was a week ago where we had such a long wait time for the server to come to our table, get our drinks, and food to be brought out. Mind you, there were probably 5 other tables in the entire restaurant. The second time we went this week we waited awhile for someone to even acknowledge us, took 20 mins for our drinks, and another 40 mins for our food, and again for our dessert. When I ordered a cocktail she said the bar was taking longer because they didn’t understand how to make my drink. It was a drink on their menu. We were there approximately 2.5 hours and the waitress forgot our silverware for our meal and dessert. We had to ask the “manager” for silverware who didn’t seem to be helping the overwhelmed staff or checking on tables. We then could not find the waitress to get our check and had to ask another server for help. This place is chaotic.
