The guy had an attitude problem that made me want to snap. But I didn’t. 😤Gave me little food, ordered four bowels and spent fifty bucks. It’s really not that hard to grasp what I was asking for. I’ve never dealt with someone with a sucky attitude and who also drives it in by giving barely any food. Everything felt intentional. And if I snapped out, I’d be wrong. I’ve never been given a skimpy portion for a rice bowel. When I get home, my family is confused about the portion size since we never got that little at any other location.
Quit, if you hate customer service. You never know who someone is.

Ordered a sofrita burrito on the app. Got lettuce, beans, rice, extra corn salsa, hot salsa, and extra fajita veggies, cheese on it. There wasn’t any cheese or even a piece lettuce. Barely any corn or veggies as well. It was essentially rice and a little bit of beans wrapped in a tortilla. Chips were fine but inconsistent. They were either crunchy and plain or soggy with a lot of salt and lime. I ordered 15-20 minutes ahead of time and when I got there they didn’t even start my order. They tried to hand me a bag before I even told them my name and I looked at it and it wasn’t my name which was super strange?? If I didn’t look I would’ve driven away with this persons order. Super disappointing for the price.

I don’t leave reviews but man when I tried this bowl I had no other option. My entire bowl was freezing cold. As if every ingredient had been sitting in a refrigerator for the past 3 hours. Never going back to chipotle ever again. Unacceptable

Save your money and time, go somewhere else. This chipotle is horribly managed and the service is the worst. Im almost positive the manager was the one who made my food and he should get out of the food service business with the attitude he had. 0/5

When I arrived to pick up an order containing two simple burrito bowls I was told it would be 10-15 minutes late and they admitted it would be missing ingredients - but also that they hadn’t started preparing my order? This all took place at 1pm on a Thursday with full staff and no noticeable line inside. Amateur hour. Do yourself a favor and order from a different location.
The person who serves the food appears to have a skin condition and talks over the food while serving, which is quite unhygienic. In addition, the service is terrible — they seem unwilling to assist and show no respect for the customers. The overall appearance and attitude of the other staff members also leave a very poor impression.

i used to come here all the time had no complaints whats so ever. haven’t been in about 2 months so the last couple of days i went for lunch. every single time i was missing chips and queso or a drink. i went today and ordered chips and queso with my meal and checked before i left and they forgot the chips and queso once again.
