Terrible. Small portion, rice was hard and had no salt. They didn’t include sour cream or fajita veggies as I had ordered. Then you try to go through Chipotle support and all they offer you is a free drink.

Pretty often lately Chipotle has been having quality issues, wether ingredients or service, I've reduced my regular visits to less than half. However this location in Warrington is great, I've never been dissatisfied and the staff always seems to be in a good mood.

Pretty disappointed with this Chipotle and here is why. The location had plenty of seating, but, many tables needed to be wiped. The service was OK however very we received very little portions of chicken in both our bowls and burrito. The chicken was a bit on the cold side and we experienced many fatty pieces. As a fan of Chipotle, I would not revisit this location nor can I recommend it.

Conveniently located Chipotle, only issue is staff not always pleasant. I try to smile and relate to them, but they just seem miserable. Plus it’s hit or miss with the food. They have messed up my order sometimes and even shorted me sometimes. Chipotle needs to get their service straightened out.

Place was too dirty really disgusting. No one cleanthe tables, floors for previous customers. I paid $45 for 2 small, really small burritos. The employees are trained to put small scoops. They charge $5.2 of meat nor even a 1/4 of scoop. Charge me 2 guacamoles, when they only put in one burrito.

Got a kid’s meal for a full price. The employee was counting the pieces of chicken when scooping lol. Stay away if you want to value your money.
the manager is telling the employees to cut back on the scoops cause they are running low. stop shorting your customersReally need to work on your standards cause you skimped out on everything. I feel ripped off. So i left a mess for you to clean up. Enjoy. Wont be returning to this onewent back again. your better off walking out when they are short on stuff cause they will skimp out on everything to try and make more sales. 50 / 50 shot your gonna be disappointed at this place employee sat down next to me. his bowl is huge ove Ir flowing. what a joke ur establishment is. a JOKEThird and final time i come here. Cant keep spending 20 bucks to get less then what your supposwd to give. They had someone in front of .e order 12 bowls so they were running low. They gave me a half spploon of chicken and i asked for a double so she then give me a couple pieces as a second scoop are you fin kidding me. So i poured out the hot sause they gave me and spun the tray around on it. Enjoy cleaning that mess up.

This is easily worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen. Many times you can’t even walk into order, and have to use the app. Even tho it takes 4.5 minutes to throw a bowl together. The food is always lacking dry meats and rice that’s hard as a rock. Not sure why this place always has a problem.

Places sucks, went in an hour before closing. out of stock on basically everything good, girl making the bowls was rude and inpatient, fat dude with the neck beard at cashier was rushing us out of the door, some random employee started blasting trap music while we were trying to order and I could barely hear what the cashier was saying. Once we opened our bowls the rice was over cooked and mushy, the chicken was burnt and dry, and the bowls were overall put together horribly. Good to say I will never be back at this chipotle again and I highly recommend dinning else where for anyone looking to eat here.
