The ice cream was as good as it could be considering the man serving us gave us the absolute least mix ins possible and told us to leave as he was handing us our ice cream. I’d felt bad considering we’d gotten our ice cream 5-10 minutes before closing and as soon as stood near the exit, about to leave, the man was loudly and actively complaining about what an annoyance we were. HORRIFIC AND DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in and stood directly in front of the counter waiting to be served as the TWO young girls talked about their social life. I WAS THE ONLY PETSON STANDING THERE! It was sheer morbid curiosity that I stood there as long as I did ( about 5 min) . Then another customer entered and the dummy chit chatting looked up and engaged the customer that came in after me. I left and my son and I will never return. We were regulars you lost a lot of business

I was there not too long ago And they have dead flies in some of the ice cream. Not just the ice cream, but they were inside on the sides of the case. When we brought it to their attention, they simply shrugged and said that it happens sometimes. They picked out with their bare hands, two flies and tossed them, but the rest were still there. Call the next day to speak to a manager And all they would say was they would look into it, never heard anything again. Friend went in the other day, and there were flies still. Try to add photos to this review but it wouldn't let me.I still have the photos though

If I’m paying $23 for a triple pint, I expect it to be filled to the top. I always place mobile orders and they’re always a little low, but this is the worst it’s been.

Terrible Experience at Cold Stone - Avoid if You Have Allergies/Celiac!
I had a horrible experience at this Cold Stone location and will never return. Due to my allergies/Celiac disease, I requested a scoop of ice cream from a fresh tub to avoid cross-contamination. Every other Cold Stone location I’ve been to has had no problem accommodating this simple request, but not here.
The employee refused to help, claiming that the ice cream would be “rock solid” from the fresh tub. When I asked why other locations can do it and this one can’t, he said, “that’s just not what they do.” It felt like pure laziness on his part, not to mention a total lack of concern for customers with dietary restrictions.
If you have any allergies or specific needs, avoid this place at all costs. Clearly, they don’t care about providing good customer service. I will never be going back.

Ordered a cake to be picked up at 1:15. Arrives at 1:35 and it still wasn’t ready. Took another 15 mins then the employee said “here” and hands me a cake that looks like my 8 year old wrote on it himself. After I said thank you, he didn’t even acknowledge me and just walked away to another customer that walked in. Highly disappointed.
