This place looks dirty all over everybody’s food. Didn’t look very sanitary at all. They served me my food cold literally frozen. Then made me wait 10 minutes for them to fix the situation.

If you order with the app, CHECK YOUR FOOD! I made a custom order. My order was completely wrong and I didn't notice until I got home. Received 2 dozen reject donuts that no one is ever excited to eat. This happened early in the morning with no other customers at the store. They were not super busy. The employees just don't care.

I always do mobile orders here and they are consistent, accurate, and quick! I’ve had too many issues at other Dunkin’s— this is my favorite Dunkin location by far.

I asked for a plain croissant, and they gave me a cold croissant wrapped in a napkin, I wasn’t even rude. I just asked for the rest of my order and gave them back the COLD HARD CROISSANT #sadface

I called twice to ask if there was a job open, no response and just hung up. The second time I couldn't even fully get hello out of my mouth before abruptly being hung up on. Not the best look for you guys.

I use the Dunkin app to order all the time. I don’t understand why when I order a TOASTED bagel with cream cheese I keep getting an untoasted bagel. Initially I thought maybe it was just toasted so so lightly that it seemed untoasted so today I selected the dark toasted option. And I STILL got an untoasted bagel. Will not be going back to this location.
