BBQ is great and husband loves the chicken. But I ventured for sausage and kraut and it was NOT good?won't do that again. But service delivered by Scott was the best I ever have! Still love this place especially on weekends live

I came across the Great Barn Tap House while searching for restaurants in the Warrington area. The online menu looked decent, with lots of options. We were meeting friends in the area for an early dinner on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. The restaurant itself was large, nice decor and a huge selection of beers on tap. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. Everything seemed to need a tad more salt. The biggest turn off for us was that there was a band at 4:00 in the afternoon. Don't get me wrong, the band was great! Had it been 9:00 on a Saturday night I'd rate this place a five for atmosphere ? However, at 4:00 in the afternoon we were just expecting a nice early dinner, conversing with friends. The band was just way too loud to hear anyone speak. All in all, we found it to be an average restaurant but a great place for entertainment. If we were to go back it would either be for lunch or later in the evening to enjoy drinks and band. Definitely not a good place to go if you just want some dinner with friends.

I haven't been to this place in a while, but tonight was outstanding!! The Grateful Dead cover band was awesome and the ribs were amazing! Everything down to the coleslaw was delicious!!

We had dinner with family. They have been here but it was our first time. We will certainly return. Beer and BBQ = how can you not? The beer list is excellent - 30+ of their beers to choose from. They offer flights of 4 so you can sample. I like the range of beers, from IPA's to ales to stouts. The dinner menu was extensive. Appetizers and BBQ as well as pizza and entree choices. Our meals were very good. I had the BBQ sampler and it was great, wings, ribs, pulled pork, slaw and hush puppies. I was in heaven. Large open dining area as well as outdoor seating. Worth a visit.

Cool restaurant with good beer that MAY be on tap. - They were out of multiple beers during our visit. Staff was courteous. Unfortunately, the food was ehhhh. The BBQ "platter" was a meager child sized portion. (See photos- that's not a camera trick...my finger is on the plate for comparison). The ribs and wings had the same flavor and char as if l pulled it off my weber grill at the house. Pulled pork was bland. With that said, would I go back, probably, but not for the BBQ.

The family and I decided to try this place again for the second time after a terrible first visit….and to my surprise, it was once again absolutely terrible. Food was cold, looked disgusting. Beer was warm and overpriced. Server was great, but he was so overworked that he had no time to make anything better…overall, I will not be back here every again

Great brisket salad! Be very careful when you order drinks. I was served the wrong drink, but didn't know until the end of the night when I got my bill. I only drink sugar free beverages. I pointed to the canned, hard seltzer for $7. I was served twice, a cider drink. The one I ordered would have been zero carbs. The cider is probably 20-30 carbs each. When I didn't get a can the first time I ordered, I should have asked, but they did have a seltzer on tap, so we thought that was what she gave me. I was so worried that my blood sugar was going to be very high.

Great beer and food. It's a shame the landlord couldn't come to an agreement for them to stay. Big loss for the area.
