HG Coal Fired Pizza (Warrington Pizza)

There are VERY few establishments that i can truly say that i have NEVER had a bad experiance with. The worst ive had to deal with at warrington pizza is a slightly longer wait than expected at a VERY busy lunch time rush. They had a line out to the door at the time. All of their food is always exelent. My personal favorite is the sweet thai chilli chicken pizza.

Slices barely warmed in the oven even though an hrs till close,not a very nice experience overall

It's crazy to me how they let the gumball machine get as dirty as it is. Especially when it's the first thing you see walking in. My pizza tasted burnt because it was. The cheese steak was not too bad but the bread was very soft to where It felt soggy without even being wet

I work in the area and I feel like we've tried every pizza joint in the area at this point.

HG Pizza Warrington is my favorite. Super consistent, great sauce, crust and toppings and super friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend!

We have moved away from the area 3 years ago.
Warrington pizza can’t be matched or beaten Everything is always cooked well not raw! Or burned .The taco pizza is the best anywhere in Pa!
The counter help was always polite. The dine in area was always clean!!!
Keep up the good work and service!
We will returning for the Great pizza!!

Love the food here always- but service can fail to hit par.

Showed up to get a pick up order and turns out they forgot to make half of it. Instead of apologizing and giving a discount, the assumed manager just sort of fumbles around and never addresses me directly, let alone with any sort of regret.

I understand mistakes happen but accountability matters. An apology would have cut it. Only writing this review because this isn’t the first time I’ve had below average service. Great food.

Clearly new staff but same results. They do not understand the ordering system. At 630 on a Wednesday with 2 orders should not be a 20 minute wait. Hector needs to be more active last order here

My wife ordered a small salad and then decided to upgrade salad to a large salad. We apologized and asked to upgrade. The owner, Hector, made us another salad and insisted that we didn’t pay. His daughter- I’m sorry but I do not know her name- said they’re trying to earn life long customers. HG Coal Fired pizza is a great family restaurant with polite, attentive servers with delicious food. We ordered chicken wings, coal fired pizza and a steak Stromboli. Everything was delicious!! Give HG Coal Fired Pizza a try, you won’t be disappointed!!
