Love the food here always- but service can fail to hit par.
Showed up to get a pick up order and turns out they forgot to make half of it. Instead of apologizing and giving a discount, the assumed manager just sort of fumbles around and never addresses me directly, let alone with any sort of regret.

My wife ordered a small salad and then decided to upgrade salad to a large salad. We apologized and asked to upgrade. The owner, Hector, made us another salad and insisted that we didn’t pay. His daughter- I’m sorry but I do not know her name- said they’re trying to earn life long customers.
