Steaks and other foods were not what we expected from a higher end restaurant. In fact, disappointing for any restaurant. Atmosphere and seating were uncomfortable. Service was good.
Not much to say but won't be back.

Our server saved the meal by being so pleasant.
Slider appetizers were totally raw inside.
Salmon was served with a sprig of something green. No chimichurri, no sweet potato puree. A slice of fish on a plate with a blade of grass.
Will not return. 5 stars for our server and the restaurant is nice, but otherwise sucks.

My husband & I used to love to go here by ourselves without the kids at least a few times a year. The last 2 occasions, it hasn't been the same. Our huge Delmanico steak for 2 on valentines day was way over cooked & it was barely edible. Our waitress was borderline insulting. We asked for sweet tea they didn't have it so we did what we do at any other restaurants that have a bar & ordered iced tea with a side of simple syrup. This usually isn't a problem any where else. But for whatever reason this waitress refused to bring us enough simple syrup for both me & my husbands drinks. It was rather ridiculous. Finally I said can u please just bring me sugar packets bc this iced tea is very Strong & bitter, it was actually horrible! She made us feel bad for asking her for the appropriate amount we wanted which i don't get why she cared she wasn't drinking it. Then we felt like rushed the whole time up until it was the end of night & people were leaving for nite & we were last few people in there & she offered to give us dessert on the house. I think she was trying to redeem herself since it was almost tip time. Which my husband gave her a nice tip but also filled out the customer satisfaction review card that was left for us with the bill. He said we probably won't be back after this experience. It seems the quality of steaks aren't the same either. We are sad but like everywhere else, it seems going out to eat Just isn't worth it anymore with rising costs & sinking quality at these restaurants!

Went to KC Prime for the first time for some variety for my birthday dinner.
The food was very good, my family really enjoyed it.
I was greatly surprised to see Muscles from Prince Edward Island in Canada. They were great. I got the Special Cowboy Ribeye Steak, it was very decent.
For a side dish I had some great Crispy Brussel Sprouts. My parents got some soups, salmon, steak, crab cakes. They enjoyed their meals.

I will say, for the atmosphere, the room can get VERY loud and it's a pretty popular restaurant even for a Monday night dinner.
The seating is comfortable. But yeah things can get loud.

Thank you Emilee for your great service, I know you had a long day at work and you did great. Thanks for the Birthday wishes.

Place smells. Drinks suck. Food was horrible. Service sucked. Cost a fortune. Go to Outback, less money, better food.

One look at the steak product on the table and you can tell somethings wrong with this restaurant. Looks to me like it likely starts at the top. Thin steaks, lack of flavor. If you can’t get the protein right at a steakhouse, you got major problems.

There's a jaded brunette works the bar, named Cindy. Avoid her shifts. The woman is the opposite of agreeable/kind. Holy hell, stay away.. never felt that unwelcome in my life..

Don't not try it on my account. Just a heads up that the place is a monument to "meh". Friendly staff and service, sterile atmosphere, and okay food. Not sure how ya fix it...just a perfect corporate blob of a restaurant..If it works for you then great but nothing to go out of your way for at all here.

Everything that could go wrong did. Long wait, overcooked and undercooked food.

We were a two top and were seated almost right away around 730pm. Restaurant was at 80% capacity.
Six person table placed their order right before us, a four top came in after us and placed their order about 20 minutes after we did.
Starters came up… overcooked (borderline burnt). Waitress was kind enough to offer to replace it but I initially declined. Then we waited, 6 top received their meals and I figured we were next. Waitress came by reassuring our meals would be coming out any minute, so we waited. The four top received their meals. About 45 minutes after our starter came out I asked them to cancel our entrees as we would just head out. They told me they were ready, so I asked them to pack the to go because we were done for the night.
The manager apologized for the poor service and even took 50% off the bill. We took our meals home… unpacked the barramundi and noticed a strong fishy scent coming from the dish… cut it open and it was undercooked. When done properly, color should be whitish/opaque… when undercooked, it’s pearly pink (see picture). We threw it out.
Disappointment from KC Prime. Even at the 50% off, we still overpaid for one meal.
Just another reason to boycott the chain restaurants… quality just isn’t there unfortunately.

I ordered the 6 oz filet well done, it was rare and barely warm. Two others in my party ordered New York strip medium rare and it was barely pink. First time I have ever had a problem, normally everything is cooked to perfection. The service was very slow, wrong potato for one guest and after the meal was complete asked if I’d like the rare steak reheated. Not a good experience. The oysters, mussels and lobster were excellent.

Super friendly staff. Lamb lollipops were very good. Lobster bisque was delicious. But both steaks were ordered medium rare, and came to our table extremely undercooked. I couldn’t even eat mine so I brought it home to cook more. A little disappointing considering all the positive reviews. But maybe it was just an off night!
