Came here for my birthday because I remember coming here a few years ago, and it wasn't bad at all. Now my service was amazing, and the waitress we had was awesome. But you can definitely tell the standards of this place have gone down hill the french onion soup was great. But the steak was terrible. I got the prime rib. Our dinner was cut short because me and my partner and I both got sick to our stomachs and proceeded to be sick the rest of the night. Needless to say, you're better off at outback, which isn't saying much. Will never come back here. I should've stuck with my first option!

My wife and I came for dinner. When we entered the doors we were really excited because we were greeted by the hostess and seated immediately, the place looked amazing inside and gave you a vibe of a good place to eat.. Our waitress never asked us for a second drink or offered an additional bottle of water. We asked for our truffle chips to come out with our dinner and they came out early. The salad didn't show up until the dinner was served. The timing of everything was off and the service of our waitress was poor. The people next to us had an overcooked steak that was sent back.It was very disappointing to say the least. We won't be going back that's for sure.Kid-friendliness: The hostess was super friendly and made you feel very welcomed.

Excellent Service and Quality with a smile! Our server Dani, was the key to delivering a great experience. Prime Beef, Fresh Shrimp, a perfectly flame-grilled Burger and a garden fresh salad was perfect for our dinner appetites which we enjoyed in the Bar area. Thank you Dani, see you again soon...

Why I cook myself. This is supposed to be half a chicken. Instead, it is a thigh and a breast from a Cornish hen. Lol. I have had half chicken dishes. Waste of money. I got this at $30, to give me an idea of what the steaks would be. Glad I passed on the tiny cow meat. The chicken was tender, but not much meat. The Broccolini was not cooked, just warm. Stalks un eatable u less you like raw broccoli. Potato’s were the consistency, and flavor of instant potatoes. Not something I would expect from a steakhouse. The bread was chewy. Not sure how fresh. Maybe a day or two. But not my warmed up either. This is not a $30 meal. Sorry guys. I can cook better than this from my hotel room.

My husband and I visited KC Prime last week and the service was good. However, food was very under seasoned, my food was brought cold, sent it back and was still cold. For these reasons, we will not be returning.
Was excited to try this place, but wasn't super impressed. Very warm in the restaurant.Calamari appetizer was pretty good, but I ordered a ribeye and it was undercooked. The server said the chef recommended medium rare, I usually get medium for steaks so he said they would do something in between....came out rare. The sauce they serve it with is tasteless and the steak wasn't seasoned well.The deserts were the highlight for us.

My wife and I frequent the Warrington location which is usually on point. Went tonight had some apps that were not as good as usual. Shrimp were small and the oysters were not good. I got the Prime Rib Cheesesteak.which I had before. It was god awful. No onions on it hardly any cheese and they really skimmped out on the steak. The little bit of steak that was on it was grissely and tasteless. Big thumbs down on the food. The drinks and bartender were great as usual.
