The food (dinner) tasted great. I had a small steak, filet mignon, with the loaded baked potato and a chopped salad. Our server, though, was always rushing us, coming over every 5 minutes asking if we were ready to order after we’d just ordered drinks. It was uncomfortable, and it was only 5 pm, plenty of empty tables. She finally told us to push our menus to the side of the table when we were ready so she’d know. Strange, I thought. She’d also just start talking to us whenever she came over, not even apologizing for interrupting our conversation. Kinda rude. Other than that, this is A very good value overall for the price paid.

Guy with pony tail at pick up could not be bothered! Not a response to any small talk, not a smile or thank you, nothing - just take your food and get out. It wasn't even busy.

Two people had dinner at LH, Warrington, PA. Tuesday, 8/26 at 4:30 p.m spending total of $57.00. We were told they were out of bread....there was no shrimp available and also there was no thousand island salad dressing. We should have walked out. What did they have!? Our server was sort of apologetic, but she was probably so tired of having to tell that to customers that she was just blase' about the whole thing.These items were gone by 4:30 on a Tuesday? We're done with Longhorn. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. So disappointing!!!

Our server handled our lunch group of 20 with efficiency and professionalism. The food was tasty, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Several doggie bags were needed, although there were quite a few members of the clean plate club as well. The dining experience was a good one. We all agreed we'd come back again.

I didn't think I would have such an experience from this restaurant. The service quality is not that good, the food is also not tasty and it is very dirty inside.the chair and table it was very dirty and greasy. And there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant.

We wanted steak and thought let’s go to Longhorn. Really wish we chose another location because this one was just sad across the board honestly. The hostess was not accommodating at all and didn’t bother to give us available seats. We were sat directly in-front of the door as if there weren’t 20 other available seats. The server didn’t introduce herself and didn’t give us silverware throughout the night. Somehow others around us who were seated after received silverware and bread prior to even sitting in their seats which were ofc better than ours. Server was rude and disingenuous. I believe her name was Kim which I was told once I asked her after 20 minutes. The food came out as quickly as we left. The portions were disproportional. I had more fries and broccoli than steak which was hilarious. The busser who tried to help us or accommodate us was scolded for trying to help which we found sad. Very awkward and rude experience.
Host was huffing and puffing because we asked for better seating. The server was named Kim and was absolutely HORRIBLE. Which is why she wasn’t tipped. She bought out bread with nothing to eat it with after 15 minutes of sitting. Not personable at all. Seemed like she didn’t want to serve us at all. So we left. We love steak and appreciate Longhorn but will not be returning to any Longhorns in the near future after such an awful and disappointing experience. Thanks a lot to the staff who wanted to accommodate and tried to help we appreciate you guys!

Love longhorn! This particular establishment is the great, the staff are very nice and timely, the food is consistently good the handful of time I have been there. I would recommend the outlaw ribeye with mash potatoes, and the parmesan crusted chicken.

The service definitely requires improvement. Management should be consistently present on the floor, ensuring that customers are being properly attended to and that used dishes are promptly removed.
