Normally a great place to grab a breakfast! All the ladies i've encountered have been polite and professional, always getting orders out in a reasonable time-frame, even when things are extremely busy. The three boys manning the shop today, though, were horrible. Slow service, even though the place was pretty much dead, and I had to remind them of the second item that I had ordered - as they had forgotten completely. I had to show them my recipt before they believed me.

It's okay.

We came in 10 min before close, and Samir seemed really willing to help despite how soon they were closing. We ended up not getting anything, but he offered us free drinks for the inconvenience, and apologized about not having anything available. Very good service, I know I’ll be coming back in the future (at a more reasonable time)

Bagels are small compared to other bagel establishments in the area. Egg and cheese on egg bagel was just ok. Why would you put poppy seeds in a egg bagel?

We’ve come here the past few months after swim class and the customer service is always terrible. The wait time is ridiculous- we’re often the first people to order and one of the last to receive our items. Last week, one person waited over an hour for his order. The last visit several people got their orders who came in after us- after waiting for 20 minutes, it turns out our food was just sitting in the back. No apologies or explanation were offered, nor was there an offer to reheat or redo the order as it was cold. Although the location is convenient, were going to find another spot.

I was one of four customers and they lost my order and looked at me like I was crazy when I complained about it. Terrible customer service.

The service was very poor. The lady at the front was on her phone when we walked in and seemed bothered that we were even there in the first place (they don't close until 3 and it was 11 am so it's not like they were about to close). We asked about gluten free options for myself and that was fine, but when asking about the other options for my fiancée the worker had a tone and said "whatever is out is out." I asked for both bagels to be toasted and mine was plain gluten free with cream cheese. The spinach florentine bagel for my fiancée was not toasted and was put in the same bag as mine. Luckily I am just gluten intolerant and not a celiac so this isn't so much of an issue for myself but they should've been kept in separate bags. The lady that made our bagels seemed nicer, but the overall experience was frustrating.

We love coming to this location because the breakfast sandwiches are delicious PLUS they have gluten free options. Our favorite part is how welcoming and inviting they staff are too. Thank you.

Checked out Manhattan bagel for the first time today. Coming from NY, I have a high standard for bagels and got used to having some of the best ones from the city. We tried a Santa Fe bagel sandwich, a Garden Egg with avocado, a strawberry cream cheese strudel and a cinnamon crumb muffin all for the first time. The Santa Fe is grilled egg white, Turkey sausage, cheddar, roasted tomato salsa and jalapeño salsa cream cheese on an warm Asiago thin bagel. This is a hefty sandwich, lots of ingredients and because of the jalapeño salsa, there is a little kick to it. It’s a bit messy because of the salsas/cream cheese so beware, but tastes pretty good and would probably order it again. You can swap out the bagel which I had thought of doing initially, but glad I didn’t because I think it would have been too much. The Garden Egg White has egg whites, avocado and tomato spread on an everything bagel which we swapped out for a jalapeño cheddar bagel. It was a good breakfast sandwich, one consideration would be to add in some meat if that’s something you’re wanting. The actual bagel is think and soft and warm, which we loved. The strawberry and cream cheese strudel was delicately sweet, a very light hint of strawberry and cream cheese with sugar dusted on the strudel pastry. It would be awesome if it was warmed up just a tad bit. I wasn’t a big fan of the cinnamon crumb muffin personally but the hubby really liked it. And I think it would go well warmed up with a cup of hot coffee. There are a lot of good options on the menu with variety (including lunch!). Fast and friendly service, and there are catering options. Will be back to try out other bagels and sandwiches!

I've never had a bad experience here...The customer service is stellar...I'm always greeted with a smile, and cheerfully told to have a good one on my way out...The bagels are always on point...Highly recommended!

Love this location. Great owner - my only knock is on Manhattan bagel as a franchise. Like so many franchise food businesses, the quality of ingredients was cut so severely compared to the old meats and eggs, that it is a sin. And this location makes amazing sandwiches- the critique is on manhattan bagel as a franchise. Really would be more profitable (would have retained more loyal regulars) if they didn't take several steps down in quality. This location is A+ compared to others and I still frequent this spot weekly. Owner is truly a great guy

Bagels and everything is not very up to the expectation. Bagels are better in panera
