used the mobile app. waited 20z min in the drive through. only to see i was missing 2 double cheeseburgers.then waited another 5 minutes to get those burgers. then drove all the a way home only to find out if didnt receive 3 orders of fries and 2 six piece nuggets. drove all the way back there and was offered large fries instead of medium. this mcdonalds is consistently terrible. we go there 1 or 2 times a week for my kids. whats the point of the mobile app? it takes longer to get the food then just ording at the window. without a doubt the worst ive ever been to.
Ordered a burger and there was a cockroach in between the bun and the patty- I then showed the big manager, he said his name was Enrique, and he refused to give me another burger and then proceeded to throw a hot cup of coffee in my face. I then went to the hospital and now i have 3rd degree burns on my face. Thanks McDonald's, now I have hospital bills.

i went into mcdonald's to get a late night snack and i went to order this employee came out of the kitchen seems like the one that packs food and asked me if he could get some of the gawk for my food to be free and he asked me to come into the closet in the back i went back there and did it and got the food but it still made me very uncomfortable and i thought it was a very inappropriate incounter

This McDonald’s has one of the worst management teams I’ve ever seen.
Over the past few months, this location has only brought problems. I’ve raised concerns directly to the manager, but nothing has been done, which leaves me no choice but to make this public in hopes a district manager sees it and fixes the situation.
The first incident I personally witnessed was an employee standing at the fry station making inappropriate noises and gestures as if imitating sexual activity. He was speaking in Spanish, and it was clear what he was implying. What’s worse, he did this right next to the manager, who said nothing. A young American female employee was visibly uncomfortable, yet nothing was addressed. Those same employees are still there today, continuing with the same obscene jokes and foul language in Spanish.
The most recent incident happened just two days ago. From the start, the service was unprofessional. I waited over 3 minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no response, while the employees were laughing and joking around with the microphone still on. When someone finally spoke, all they said in a sarcastic tone was: “Are you using the mobile app today? What’s the code?” There was no greeting, no professionalism.
At the window, I overheard employees joking in Spanish, saying things like: “Bro, you only have one job—drop the fries—and you can’t even do that.” Meanwhile, the manager was leaning on the ice machine, scrolling on his phone, ignoring everything. Because they were too busy joking around instead of working, they didn’t prepare my order.
When I was told to pull up to the third window, I politely refused. It wasn’t fair for me to wait longer because of their lack of effort. At that point, the manager closed the window and told the staff (in Spanish, not realizing I’m bilingual): “I’m going to make him wait, watch this.” The employees laughed, and the manager began handing food to other cars at the first window or even walking out to the parking lot to deliver it, while intentionally holding my order back. When I asked again about my food, an employee told me: “Bro, I told you to move, that’s why you don’t have your food.”
At that point, I didn’t even want to eat my food anymore. I was honestly worried about what they could have done to it, given how much time they held it back. I truly believe they could have tampered with it, even spit in it.
This is completely unacceptable. The store feels like children are running it. None of the managers speak clear English or take accountability, and they allow their employees to act unprofessional, disrespectful, and lazy.
I strongly urge a district manager to visit this location, especially during night shifts, to see what is happening here. I am a regular customer, but this McDonald’s keeps getting worse, and at this point, it’s driving customers away.

This is a good McDonald's great people giving us great service! I would have liked my fries cooked a little more and more syrup in my soda. I went on a Friday, maybe that's why the fries were undercooked because it was frie-day? I only get fries because it's just not the same as it used to be (any McDonald's). As for the atmosphere we'll, it's McDonald's...

I’m not sure about all the other reviews. I can say 9/10 times I come here, the food is perfectly fine. I get what I expected. Sometimes when I’m doing the drive thru, the people do seem a little rushed and impatient, but usually the experience is pretty normal. Charlie who was working in the second window and handing over the orders to customers was really nice though! He was very polite and smiled and just seemed like a good worker for sure!

This McDonald’s location has a play place, but it’s very smelly and stuffy inside. In the past, the staff used to be kinder and more accommodating, but it seems there has been a change in personnel. Lately, the customer service has been consistently underwhelming. The current staff often come across as unfriendly and unhelpful.
We have been trying to collect the Lil McDonald’s Happy Meal toys and asked which box number was being given out today, it didn’t seem like a big request and it was not busy, but the employees were unwilling to share that information. Knowing how many different toys they had would have helped us decide how many Happy Meals to order and avoid getting too many duplicates.
It’s disappointing that such a small courtesy couldn’t be extended—especially to loyal customers.

Staffs were busy chatting and so loud. Service was awful, I had to go get napkins and ketchup myself. They provide no condiments.

Yall are terrible. Sent a friend in on there way to me to grab me a large sweet tea and yall can even get that right. Not filled all the way and also it was a MEDIUM. not the 1st time I have issues with your store. Get ur shit together. A drink is the most simple thing and I work in the service industry. Probably the worst McDonald’s you have ever been to if u even come. Worst service, won’t even let you order at cash register because they don’t feel like taking your order, food was made with not a single bit of care from the workers. The workers also scream in the kitchen the whole time
