The customer service is terrible, with no one answering the phone and no manager on site to address any issues. I placed 5 orders but only received 1 drink, and none of the other items were delivered. The store failed to provide any meaningful assistance or support during this experience.

The employees at this location never greet you . Terrible customer service and this is the “sautéed onions and peppers” that was put in my bowl … terrible location. Drexel location was way better

Usually, when you go into Moe‘s all the staff behind the counter welcomed you. Walked into the mall there was one guy on the grill looked at me, said absolutely nothing. I walked up to the counter because I was going to buy a cookie he still looked at me and said absolutely nothing… I just grabbed my mobile order and walked out

It's like most other Moe's, but the drink machine never has any ice in it.

Easy to order, food is pretty greasy and seems high calorie unhealthy, but lots of gluten free options at least. A little understaffed for a big group. Lots of parking and seating.

The evening I visited, they appeared to be understaffed, and became very flustered when a large amount of people came into the restaurant. By the time I sat down to eat, my hard shell tacos were cold and soggy. The nachos tasted like old and new were mixed together and some were stale and on the mushy side. I have never been to this location before, and I hope for their sake, that it was just a one-off, and a bad day.

I have been to so many different Moe’s, and they are the best overall. The food tastes better than any Moe’s I have been to.

Stopped in for a quick dinner even though we already had dinner plans - I needed something RIGHT THEN as I'm 6 wks pregnant and started to feel queasy. They were able to get us in and served in a matter of minutes. The food was fresh and hot. We even got more chips to go, complimentary :)

The food here is very disappointing. It’s extremely salty and the queso is lacking in flavor and is watery. The chips taste as though if they were cooked in dirty oil that hasn’t been changed. I will never come here again

Today's lunch was somewhat passable. The quesadilla was decent but lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for. The chips, while crunchy, were not many of them. To top it off, there was no ice available, which made the drink less refreshing than it could have been. Additionally, the soda machine seemed to be in need of a thorough cleaning; a few sticky spots were noticeable, detracting from the overall experience.

I go here all the time and every single time I have been here both people working have been extremly rude and off putting. The attitudes of these people are astounding as it is just Moes. Every single time I have been polite and patient but the workers there always have an attitude or look like they just overall hate their lives. Food is good but the people in there are not. This review excludes the one young man with the glasses as he is always pleasant and helpful.
