I have not had P.F. Chang’s in years. I decided to take a ride to treat myself for lunch. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was extremely clean and my waitress, Bridgette was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She greeted me with a warm smile and informed me of a lunch specials, as well as her recommendations. I decided to start with the lettuce wrap. I got both chicken and vegan The lettuce was fresh,& the crunch & flavors was amazing! For lunch, I decider on the Mongolian beef with fried rice and a pork eggroll, the Mongolian beef was cooked to perfection with the perfect blend of spices! Hats off to the chef 🤌🏽. To drink I had a margarita which was perfectly made!!! Even the manager came out to say hello to see how my meal was. His name was Michael Washington. He was very pleasant, professional and personable. He even recommended that I try the new dessert, which was the warm vanilla poundcake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was a 10/10! I cannot stop thinking about this dessert. I must admit that I was very impressed with the professionalism and the courteous service that I received at P.F. Chang’s that day, I for sure will be back again to dine at this location.
