Bridgette was so much fun to see again. We hadn't been here since an injury and were greeted as if we had been here all along. She remembered our favorites and that we always ask for hot mustard. Truly a pleasure to dine today. She's an asset to the team.
I have not had P.F. Chang’s in years. I decided to take a ride to treat myself for lunch. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was extremely clean and my waitress, Bridgette was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She greeted me with a warm smile and informed me of a lunch specials, as well as her recommendations. I decided to start with the lettuce wrap. Kay was great, best service ever. Seems short staffed but he made it work and his personality is infectious. Helpful and kind. The bartender was having to wait on a large party, there were actually a couple of large parties due to holidays.
