I was in here the other day for the first time in awhile. The salad I got had huge chunks of mozzarella in it and it was warm. The Mac and cheese was microwaved and left in one big clump. It was so disgusting looking. Not to mention the price got so expensive.

Saturday morning 5/3, had a Greta experience with the young man who rung me up, told me his home store Panera bread was Doylestown, helped me with my giftcard checked my balances, let me know I had 5.00 off on my Panera rewards card and the half sandwich and half salad was so big you never know how it will be n it was Great n I dropped my baguette n they gave me a new one.

Tried to use an UNUSED gift card, which the cashier scratched to reveal authorization number himself. He handed card back saying I still had funds on it. Then system hung up so he swiped the card like 10 more times then said there's nothing on the card. Left without buying anything.

Dear GM Stefanie, I’m not going to keep tipping on take out orders if there is consistently something wrong or missing with my order. I always try to give extra when I can but the past several times that I have picked up a take out order something is wrong or missing. This morning I ordered a pick two for my lunch to go for work. This is the second time where the apple chips in the Fuji apple chicken salad were soft as if the salad had been premade. The mac & cheese was barely full :( and the chocolate chip cookie was literally rock hard. Like no way to eat it without microwaving it. Which just tells me it was probably an old cookie. I looked on the bag to see if it had an expiration date, and there was none. If I could post a picture of would. It was not crowded or busy at the time that I went. Therefore, it’s very disheartening that your employees cannot take the time to slow down and fill the orders properly. Please take more time to oversee the quality of the orders that are being packed for take out.

Only half of the order was delivered. I called Panera and spoke with the woman who answered the manager’s line who seemed very unconcerned. I requested a refund for the two items and seriously wonder if I ever will receive it. In fact, I called Door Dash who made the delivery to advise them. I was told Panera would call me immediately. That call never came. Totally unacceptable! Furthermore, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from Panera again.
