I went to Warrington Playa Bowls and waited 40 minutes for a smoothie. There were five people behind the counter and only one of them was working. The woman making my smoothie took 15 minutes to make it AFTER sitting and talking to her coworkers for 30 minutes. When I finally got my order, they gave me the smoothie without peanut butter like I had ordered. Terrible service and not very polite either. I wouldn’t recommend going because it’s definitely not worth the wait.

I have been a very loyal customer for the past year and change through door dash and within the last few weeks I have received 4 completely wrong orders . I have a severe coconut allergy that is clearly labeled and they sent me a bowl with coconut so I asked door dash to just replace it thinking it was just a mistake (they happen I know) but the next bowl I got was completely wrong as well. I ordered a bowl with legit banana, Nutella and açaí. That’s it, and it’s been wrong 4 times. So I called this morning and the GM was very rude to me. She was on speaker phone and all the adults in the room looked at me and their jaws were on the floor. She told me there were Multiple bowls in front of me so my bowl was not a priority right now and told me she was sitting down she she didn’t want to get up to check my order to make sure it was correct. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON FOR MY CALL. I legit wasn’t even blaming them, I actually stated that maybe the door dash app was incorrect but now I know it’s her / and her staff because of the way she didn’t not care about correcting mistakes or making it right. I’ve enjoyed my bowls every Monday and Tuesday while I’m in this area because there is not one by my house but I will no longer be ordering from here. I really hope she was just having a bad day but my gut is telling me that she’s just a rude GM. Respecting your customers is priority and that was an awful experience.

this playa bowls used to be very good and have very good workers, when you would ask for extra they would give you extra. extra cost money so when i ask for extra i expect extra especially since i paid more. these new owners are rude and do not make the bowls good.

Tried something new today: passionfruit playa, because I love passionfruit’s tartness. It’s delicious (of course). But I also appreciate that the clerks are knowledgeable and friendly, the space is bright and the bathrooms are clean.
Great fruit bowls, and smoothies thees bowl’s are big enough to eat as a meal and for everyone that doesn’t like to eat healthy this is a great way to get in some fruits

It was my very first time they are what a beautiful place and great food and I went there and they have a lot of gluten-free. I ate half of it for lunch. Today was delicious.
