Ordered takeout and was surprised by the cleanliness of restaurant. Great food.
Consistent deliciousness! 5 stars
By far, the worst Poke Bros in the area. Would never get delivery from here because you never know how old the seafood is. I have gone to this location about 10 times, and it just gets worse every time. My last stop 4/17/25 the staff member only gave 1 scoop of protein, not the 2 scoops as stated on the menu. When I said something, they added 2 small chunks of tuna and acted like they couldn't understand English. I watched them make several delivery bowls and shorted every bowl. The salmon was so bad looking. it was more like a pile of slime. If they actually put the correct amount of veg and protein, they would have more business and fresher food. Skip this location, your stomach will thank you. The Trevose location is 10x better and worth the drive. Always fresh, and you get what you pay for!
Edit: Grubhub (you automatically have GrubHub+ if you have Amazon Prime) now works again, so I went from 1 star to 5 stars because my issue was resolved. I ordered through another service for a pickup order and when I was there in person I told them about the situation. It is now resolved. The food is always fantastic and fresh and am happy to be regularly ordering from them again.
Original review:
I am rating this one star, not for the food which is excellent, but because the ordering is broken on GrubHub.
All of the signature options require you select all 15 add-ons to be able to order them (see picture). Not only do I not want all the options, but it add like $6 to the order.
I called GrubHub and they can't edit it as that's evidently something Poke Bros has to do, and I tried calling this location and there was a language barrier and they didn't understand what I was trying to convey (not faulting them for speaking a different language, it was just the way it was).
Please fix it so I can rate you 5 stars!
good food,i find one i like
If you want to get right by eating right, this place delivers. Going now! Thanks Jake for the tip.
I come here about once a week for a bowl and it’s fantastic every time. Try the marinated tuna as your protein!! For sauces you gotta get ponzu and the spicy mayo.
This is my go-to poke place, I always get a tuna sushi rice bowl with fixings. The food itself is 5-star, but the service and atmosphere are horrible. The last time I went I walked in the store and the woman working didn't acknowledge me or speak to me. I asked her a question and she full on ignored me. It was very strange and made me feel very uncomfortable! Such a shame since the food is so good. Moving forward I will only be placing orders online for pick-up so I don't have to keep dealing with the lack of customer service/interaction and will be looking for a new poke place in the meantime.
Good bowls. Super fast prep for lunch Sometimes they add a little too much sauce. Prices fluctuate -+$1 per bowl from place to place. Great quick lunch grab

Genuinely, I hope the owners see this, because it's meant as constructive criticism. No hate in it at all.
The food is lovely, there's just not that much of it. And I really mean that, it is *very* good. And the photography in your menus doea a really good job of making it look appatizing.
The portions just aren't quite what I think most would be happy with. It's a not insignificant amount of food, it probably is perfectly fine for a smaller person. But it's not strictly that I, personally, have a large appetite, though... yes, absolutely I do.
I think it's just that prices are pretty typical of poke places that I've been to, where as the portions are maybe 15-25% smaller. Though, most of that is rice. I'll never say no to more proteins, but honestly, throw a 1/2 cup more cooked rice into the bowl and I think I'd be more than happy.

Last time I was at this location, the woman worker, who served me many times before, open mouth sneezed in the direction of all the uncovered food without even making an attempt to cover her face. Seconds later, she did it again. All over the food. I loved eating here but I can’t go back after witnessing that and I thought other people should know.
I ordered a spicy tuna poke bowl to go on a Monday evening. The service was quick and efficient. The bowl tasted delicious and the ingredients were great quality. Highly recommend!

All ingredients were fresh. The cafe needs some decoration/atmosphere changes to make it cozy.

Wouldn't provide refund for add on I did not receive.Update: Doordash was able to provide refund after restaurant refused. I urge others to look at comments on customer service. The lack of care while serving uncooked fish is definitely concerning I will not be back to this location.
