All ingredients were fresh. The cafe needs some decoration/atmosphere changes to make it cozy.

Wouldn't provide refund for add on I did not receive.Update: Doordash was able to provide refund after restaurant refused. I urge others to look at comments on customer service. The lack of care while serving uncooked fish is definitely concerning I will not be back to this location.

I entered the store, went to the counter to ask for my order, and someone shoved the bag at me, without saying anything, and then walked away. No smile. No response when I said thank you. There was no one else in the store. Very odd (lack of) interaction.

I’m a huge fan of sushi but this was my first poke bowl so I was skeptical how it would compare. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how much I enjoyed it! Definitely adding this spot to my takeout rotation now. The portions are incredible and everything is fresh and amazing. I know some reviews mention the atmosphere is lacking, and it is, but I think they operate more as a takeout place anyways and their food makes up for the ambiance. If you’re on the fence about trying it I urge you to!

I Love this place. I'm stunned that it's always pretty empty. The food is fresh. The selection it vast. Super healthy and yummy.

foods great but small portions, and the owners are extremely rude especially the man. he screams at his wife who also works here and he’s so disrespectful even to customers. I don’t even want to go back here because of the man owner.

Came for a poke bowl today, disappointed in the order taker lady. Possibly she didn’t know how to speak english, but she didn't even try to answer any of the questions I asked. By the end of taking my order she put my bowl in a bag & threw it across the counter to me.. Not coming back. Atmosphere isn’t great either.

First time here and first Poke bowl I’ve had. The store is unassuming and in a strip mall. I came in around 1:00pm. Low overhead lights were on and AC was at minimum. There was a large plastic sheet from ceiling to counter on the side of the food table. The restaurant was crowded with boxes of restaurant products. I guess storage space is limited. No one was eating in. Maybe it’s more of a takeout place. I chose the Tuna poke bowl. My food was placed in a plastic container. I sat near the window for better light.Brown rice base, marinated raw tuna, greens, cashews, dressing. I thought the tuna had too much marinade and the greens a bit too soggy. I’m not familiar with poke bowls. I didn’t finish the bowl.I’ll try another poke bowl place for comparison.

Good poke bowls. I DoorDash a make your own bowl every few weeks for lunch. I like the spicy tuna.

It is with a very sad heart I am writing this.. my family and I ordered 3 poke bowls off Ubereats Sunday August 27, 2023. This was the 3rd weekend we've gotten &/or attempted to get one of our favorite indulgences and have been greatly disappointed. We got a custom bowl with sushi rice, paid extra for both spicy tuna and salmon, edamame, pineapple, cucumbers, sweet-soy, and OG sauce. We had a long very active weekend so we splurged and ordered for delivery. IT came quickly since we live less then 2 miles away. We opened them up and immediately my husband said "does your tuna taste like dirt smells". I said "no. But, it smells a little fishy and not that fresh fish smell, that fishy smell that makes you nervous." We then put the lids back on our 3 bowls that cost a total of $62 and stopped eating. Later my husband found himself stuck in the bathroom for an extended period of time and my daughter and I laid on our sofas with very uncomfortable stomach aches. I absolutely HATE writing reviews like this BUT unfortunately this is not our 1st or 2nd bad experience with Poke bros The time before we walked into the location and it smelled so bad we actually began to gag and walked out prior to getting to the counter. The time before that we had an okay experience on a Wednesday evening. The time before that we received delivery that was unedible because the fish was spoiled. "Why then did we go back?" Simple my daughter is young and fell in love with them during COVID lockdown. BUT yesterday was our last try and bad experience.. we will not be attempting to try again. We also felt very responsible to tell others that you are risking becoming Ill if you eat here. We have noticed the times we've gotten spoiled fish were on Sundays in the late afternoon. Possibly the day & time has something to do with it. The restaurant should not be selling fish that is about to spoil or has spoiled with that being said.

Great food, but they need to change their attitude. Miserable people, no smiles and all the coverings made it hard for us to hear them and for them to hear me when ordering.
