*edited since Frank the GM called me to make things right. He apologized and offered to have my son’s clothes dry cleaned. Frank told us to come in and he would treat us to dinner. I appreciate not only the apology but also looking into the matter. He told us they actually found a pinhole sized hole in the pipes under the sink. We knew something was wrong and we feel validated that someone listened to us and took action so that no one would slip and fall again. Thank you Frank for taking the time to make things right. We will be back.*

Since this is day 5 since I wrote to corporate and received no response I am leaving this here. Apparently the floors seem to be a common problem and there is no concern for anyone’s safety at this location even though management responds and says safety is their utmost concern.

On Sunday 10/6 my family of 4 along with my mother and father in law wrapped up a fun day at the pumpkin patch by visiting the Red Robin in Warrington for lunch on Sunday October 6th. We always have a great experience but today was not the case. My 2 year old son is potty training so we frequently visit the restroom when we are out and about. We arrived sometime around noon and I immediately took my son to the ladies room. When I went into the handicap stall, there was so much water on the floor that I had to walk out and into the other stall. The floor was so saturated with water that I was afraid to put my child down. When I exited the restroom I politely asked to speak to the manager or supervisor because I felt it was an urgent matter of safety and wanted to make sure that someone attended to the wet floor immediately. Liam, the manager on duty, came over and I explained that there was a LOT of water on the floor of the bathroom and I was afraid someone was going to slip and get hurt. Liam thanked me and said he would take care of it. About a half hour later my wife went to take our son to the bathroom again and of course noticed the floor was still very wet. Because my son is so young and needed to go there was no other option but to use the bathroom. While trying to wash her hands, she went to put him down and within 3 seconds he slipped and fell into the massive puddle of water that was still there next to a wet floor sign. It was clear that the only action taken was to put a wet floor sign on the ground, while water was very visible all around. My wife came out of the bathroom, told Liam he fell, Liam said "ok" and walked away. While my wife was being inconvenienced in changing my son's wet pants, I asked Liam why he didn't take care of the water on the floor. He told me he sent someone in to check it but they told him "it wasn't bad". Were not talking about some tiny wet spots. I'm talking PUDDLES, everywhere! The most frustrating part is that I specifically asked for the manager from the beginning. He did not even look at the floor until after my son fell and he sent someone in with a single RAG. Does your location not have mops? A simple dry mop and 3 minutes of someone to care would have saved my child from falling and needing a change of clothes. I will also add that this restaurant was not even the slightest bit busy and there was plenty of staff to take care of it. Luckily my son was not hurt, but had an elderly person fallen they would have been severely injured. Liam did not even ask if our son was ok and he was surprisingly pretty flippant about the entire situation. Our server Scott was actually more professional, and more caring than Liam the manager. I am writing this email so that the general manager acknowledges the seriousness of this matter and provides better training to the managers and staff on the matter of safety.

YUM!! I'll tell you this, when u think about a place to get a dang good burger, Red Robin is a top my list easily. With their "bottomless" menu items they give ya like Root beer floats or fries I'm never disappointed. And the only reason I've given four not five stars is cus I'm a big fan of a delicous Margarita, and I very much dislike whatever they are doing with the sourmix they use to make said Margarita.

Picked up our order today...each meal has about 6 fries included. The entree salad has about 5 pieces of chicken, no blue cheese and the burgers didn't have lettuce. I called to tell the restaurant what happened and they said "oh sorry". Horrible service.

Took my mother in law for her b day . There was 10 of us . My chicken sandwich was the chicken was undercooked. Other then at everyone enjoyed their food . The place was freezing .

Today the entire floor was slippery and almost slipped and fell, need to use clean mop and not one that has grease on it.

Decent spot to go for burger and fries. The kid’s meal burger was perfectly sized. I went with the Red Robin Royal, which has a sunny side egg on top. The fries were cooked perfectly, and not greasy. Our server Veronica was pleasant and our food came out fast. I will go again when in the mood for a burger.
