I love Italian ice, and there seem to be many Rita's shops in my normal travels. Unfortunately what I've noticed is that sometimes the flavors are inconsistent. If the ices are made on site, I've tasted lemon ice that doesn't have a lot of flavor to others that are delicious with real fruit pieces included. The latter is my choice, otherwise why spend the money on " handmade " when a container from the frozen food aisle will provide the same taste?

Phenomenal water ice
Had the custard for the first time at Rita’s and i think it was alright. I have had better custard at Andy’s (if you know). This place had its own charm I guess.
Bought 2 Pretzels couldn't eat them had to throw them out. Hard as a rock

Got gelati but it had hardly any custard ?♀️ A little dollop on top and maybe an inch on the bottom and this was a largeDisappointing for sure!
Always love going to this location. Staff is friendly and owner loves to help out the community.
