Delivery took forever and kids fell asleep without having dinner. Returned next morning, but wouldn't give refund, but charged again instead. Lost a good return customer who don't use coupons.

I ordered 2 burger 2 fries and 2 cup of soda after waiting 10 minute a girl came and told us to go eat outside because they were closing so we went outside and was about to it they only putted one burger and one fries even tho we asked it clearly to make it two we came back to the place to ask if she can make another one so we could eat and she said no and she maked us pay 18$ for a cold burger with one patties and some fries 0/10 for the service avoid this place it a total scam and the food not even good

Placed an order at 5:30 on a Sunday for pickup. Was told 30 minutes. Show up to pickup my food a little after 6. 6:45 still waiting as my pizza was “being made”. Came to find out they lost my order slip and did not start it till after I arrived. 7 came around (that’s almost an hour waiting inside) still no pizza, I demanded a refund and left.

Understandable things get lost/misplaced, not understandable that I waited over an hour for a pizza and the staff had no care to fix their error.

I've only done take out or delivery. And have never been disappointed, from their pizza and sandwiches to main entrees, love their clams and spaghetti, it's perfectly seasoned. Muah! Grazie! Mangia!

Fast delivery and very good pizza

I recently attended a training event for two weeks in Bucks County. We stumbled upon Soprano’s and were so impressed, we ate here for 9 out of our 10 days. The owner, Benito, was very delightful and always made sure we were pleased with our food. Behind the counter was Amber, who was very attentive and provided excellent service. There was plenty of seating in the dining room which was very clean and organized. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained. I highly recommend the Tai Chicken pizza, it was amazing!! Specialty pizzas are very good especially the grandma pizza. My family goes here a lot. Staff also very nice.

We used Soprano’s catering for our twins’ 1st birthday party. Not only was Benny kind and helpful, but he understood the Philly theme of our party and created a menu perfectly suited to our needs. The food was plentiful and tasted beyond better than what we thought it could be. I don’t know why I am so surprised - their food is ALWAYS so good, even just for takeout or dine-in. Of course they’d be great for catering. Cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and all the fix-ins. The party was great but everyone kept complimenting the food during and well after the party. You can’t go wrong with Soprano’s whether it’s a pizza night for take out or catering a large party. Can’t wait for their 2nd birthday so we can order from them once again!

Parking: Big and open lot. Easy to find parking in the shopping center. I chose to pick up our catering order and their team helped me load everything right into my trunk.

Was in town for a wedding and ate there twice. First time had wings, regular pepperoni and a Sicilian style pizza and some beers. Everything was great. We ate there the first time, next day we ordered cheesesteaks and three different hoagies, ham and cheese, turkey and the Italian. Everyone loved them also. I would recommend the place.
