I ordered food from Soprano's through Slice and unfortunately had a negative experience with their customer service. Despite ordering at 6 PM, my husband couldn't eat until 9 PM due to work. When we finally opened our order, we received the wrong item. Upon contacting Soprano's, they seemed more concerned about the timing of my call than addressing the mistake with a dismissive attitude.They also mentioned that no more deliveries were available for the night, which was at 9:00. Their resolution was a mere 15% discount for my next order without an apology.

The nicest waitress and staff. Super friendly and helped us make an informed decision on pizza crust options and custom toppings. Great pizza I recommend the thin cheese steak and the meat lover Sicilian. Sal was awesome. Great guy!

Food is really great....and this is coming from an Italian American family's review. A great place to hold a small party; they go out of their way for you. We had a party and EVERYONE had a great time...food was fantastic. Atmosphere is basic, but we took in our own decorations. Service is good....never had a complaint. Amber gives great service and Bennis is a fantastic chef. We highly recommend them. Enjoy!

My husband wanted a quick bite so we stopped to get a couple of slices just for him. It looked so good I had to take a bite, which turned into eating his entire slice. It was better than it looked. Needless to say my husband needed to order another slice. The server/person behind the counter said she eats a regular slice and a "grandma" slice everyday. I was intrigued so I ordered the grandma to try. OMG!!!! So good! We'll definitely be back!

Food is fine, but orders are rarely correct. 3 weeks in a row I ordered a chicken cheesesteak hoagie and received a very plain chicken cheesesteak instead. I know it's not the fault of the girl who takes the orders because she repeats them aloud after writing them down, so obviously there's a problem with who's in the kitchen. Makes one wonder why orders aren't being comprehended by who's in the kitchen. Rolls also change size from wide to narrow from week to week. Reliability is one of the most important attributes of a good restaurant; inattention to detail and randomness of service are not.

The pizza here is always amazing and that has been my go-to over the years. We noticed they use Amoroso rolls, which is top tier. I've been going here for over 20 years and just decided to try the meatball sub and it was incredible. My husband had a cheesesteak and he thought it was delicious as well. We will be coming back more often since we moved back this way!

Placed order for 5 orders of garlic knots and paid appropriately.Upon my long drive home I opened to what I thought was delicious garlic knots. And I received only FIVE knotts.NOT, no herbs. Garlic was probably waved over the small crescent pieces , tho there was sauce.I called and was told they would send to me. I do live a distance and told him. I was shocked at attitude of well, you probably would not come here again anyway. Actually I am in the area every few weeks. He was correct with quality and artitude.. NEVER.My family was in business 60+ years and ATTITUDE is very important.His last remark was correct before he hung up on me. I wouldn't go there again

This place is great! Initially, it seems like a regular pizza shop, but the food and service here is above and beyond. The Grandma Pizza is delicious! My husband couldn't stop raving about his Cuban sandwich and their Fettucine Alfredo was perfect- so much flavor and pasta was perfectly al dente. Our server Liliana was attentive and friendly and the manager, Sal, made us feel right at home. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The chicken parm pizza was awesome. It's different from your run of the mill chicken parm pizza. It had a nice amount of ricotta that really added depth to the flavor.They sing in there from time to time which creates a unique atmosphere. Not your average pizza parlor but holding strong in all the best ways.
