Simply writing this review because the staff are so lovely! I even had one of the baristas remember my order and we get excited to try the new drinks!

very rude girl making the drinks. I asked for oat milk, they made it with regular. Ok, I understand it was busy so I asked if it’s oat milk they said no and remade it. The girl said “bruhhh” because she had to make it again. She made it with whole milk again and slammed the drinks down. I just walked out because her attitude was gross. Stop hiring incompetent, rude, entitled teenagers.

Haley and Parker are the best! Always helpful will always make a suggestion to help you! There is a woman there named Megan and on more than one occasion I have seen her push through the workers almost like a bully , I have yet to say something as I don’t want to stir the pot, but I feel bad for the other workers! All in all always feel warm and friendly environment from all others!

I don’t recommend going in the afternoon. Especially if you aren’t familiar with Starbucks or their menu. Very curt. They were in midst of closing so I understand they were trying to close and go home. Had straws thrown over the counter, when asked for them. I’ve gone once before had a great experience the one lady had given me a recommendation that she had created. This time was disheartening. Timing takes a toll on experience. Be quick & know what you’re getting beforehand.

These girls are like angry trolls! The counters are filthy. Spilled milk and no one is cleaning it up. Theres no line but its taking eons. Theyre creating messes and it is not sanitary! Becky is such a great and helpful barista! She was by herself and it was extremely busy with a line almost to the door. She got everyone’s order in such a quick and professional manner and she is so kind! She helped customize a drink for me that was so yummy! Thank you Becky for all your hard work!
