Service was great! However the food was below our regular expectations! Just not what used to be for the price and time it took! See what you think?

Good spot for breakfast & lunch. The staff was on the ball from the moment you walked in the door. Our server Rachel was friendly & very attentive. Food was hot & delicious. Coffee is excellent.

This was, personally, my worst breakfast experience in the past two years. It was a birthday breakfast with my cousins, and there were so many issues between the food, servers, kitchen, etc, that it was a very unsatisfactory experience; one I don't plan on repeating.

The wait for a table was 25 mins. As it was far too crowded to wait in the restaurant, we waited outside on a nearby bench.

After we were seated and put in our order, it took another 25 mins to get our food. The coffee was delicious, and delivered quickly, but the server couldn't identify which coffee was which, since we ordered two separate dark roasts.

My and my cousin's scramble was barely warm, and the delivery of all five dishes was spread out over 5 mins. Then two people at our table waited *another* 5 mins for syrup. The service was spotty and slow, overall. The special pancakes were cakey, and appeared to be not fully cooked.

The food, overall was good, but nothing special. My scramble was supposed to have sausage, and if it contained even a half link of breakfast sausage, I'd be surprised.

All in all, I'd say this was a great place for coffee and maybe a pastry (there's a coffee place on the other side) but skip the restaurant.

Food was great and the service was just as good. However advertising as a "breakfast" spot while you guys don't open until 7:30 is just beyond lazy! I was hoping to make this my morning spot before work but I guess I'll have to go to an actual breakfast spot. Super sad especially when they're not even open for long to begin with so it's very obvious that laziness is the only reason for the hours. Do Better!

Then people have the audacity to complain about wages and how they can't pay bills đŸ€ŠđŸ˜‚

Literal worst place. Be prepared to have rude people make you wait for an eternity for mediocre food. Sorry, just facts.

Don’t bother. Food was cold, service was just ok. And don’t trust wait times. They told us 30 mins and it was 50 mins. Plenty of other great places in the area.

The food was delicious! Our server, Deborah, was so thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely eat here again.

We came to turning point because it is a place that my family would go for breakfast. It was always great every time. Today, we had to wait 45 minutes to get seated at 11 am on a Sunday. Even after waiting we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive 2 of our 3 orders. There weren’t any knifes at the table, we had to ask for them. Even after that the problems only went up, the cooks somehow forgot the bacon in a basic omelette and when asked to take it off the check, they “accidentally” charged us $12.20 extra for two drinks we didn’t even order. Never coming again.

An hour wait to sit at an empty counter while there are two hostess. Either hire more severs or have the manger be on floor and not talking with others in the back. Not coming back again

Perfect example of corporate business that does not care about customers.
It does not matter how stylish place looks and how big and creative menu is. Service is completely missing. Nobody cares as soon as you walk in and wait despite non- busy Monday lunch time. Nobody greets and explains delays or understaffing , or just pure lack of consideration for the customers. There are so many other options in the area including small businesses that are excellent in serving people, and happy employees that work with joy and zeal rather then dragging themselves to work and feel obligated to serve to the customers. Unfortunately, the philosophy and business of this particular food chain does not exsist, or focused on pure profit that does not assume any service . Hardly believe the chain has a future with no service and changes made.

Great consistent food. Love the specialty coffee drinks. The portions are generous. Breakfasts are my favorite.
