The stores use Instacart to deliver and when there is a problem, Wegman’s will not help.Mind you, every page of your ordering, payment, and final receipt reflects Wegman’s logo and not the third party delivery service. You think you’re dealing with Wegmans until there’s an issue then Wegman’s develops a “ not our problem” attitude. Very disappointed in my once favorite store.

All the pre-made food is great (minus the pizzas), cakes are awesome, catering is tasty, flowers are fresh, and there's a ton of variety in the aisles.
Overall my favorite grocery store in the area. Beats Giant, Acme, Weiss, etc. Ambiance inside is really nice.
Tons of self checkout registers too! Like 12 or something. Really great, you rarely need to wait.

So sad. What was once an incredible market, with bustling crowds of loyal customers, is now an estranged grocery store that feels almost forgotten about. Whoever made their post-Covid operations decisions back at corporate should be promptly terminated. Idiots I don’t think this place will be around here in another 5 years

This was my first time here and I couldn't believe how I had been missing out, the selection is amazing and the store is very cleaned and organized. I'll definitely come here when I need specific ingredients that other stores don't carry, it's a distance from home but worth it.
We visited the Wegman's at Princeton to ask about a catering order. They refused to help us and said we had to order on the app. We tried to order on the app, but we couldn't figure it out. It was not clear if the gluten free sub order was three subs or four subs. We went to the Wegman's in Woodbridge. There Ery and another lady were willing to guide us on our phone to order. To this day we are not clear if the tray we bought had three subs or four subs, or if they are customizable. Management needs to empower employees; if a customer comes to your business ready to spend money to place a catering order, you should take our money and order and not make us jump through hoops on your app. This experience will inform our future catering purchases. Produce here used to be good but since COVID it just isn’t the same. Just bought a bag of onions and while they were firm and good on the outside I had to toss half of them. Inside they were rotten. Their basil was all wilted and the guy was restocking at the time!! Never saw all the hype with this place, and for almost everything.
