If you're going to charge extra money for cheese you should have to hire employees that are smart enough to read the screen and actually put cheese on the burger. Unbelievable. And of course i got it to go and didn't see it till i was on the road.

I was at this location on 8/23/2025 and there was a crew member working the front counter a out 6foot with tatooes dark hair and seeing and jimmy was the manager im describing him because because they would not give me his name to report him to cooperate I order two number 2 meals large with cheese no mayo and two chocolate hersey pies which came to 40.87 they guy i described when ordering was rolling his eyes.my order took 26 minutes to get back to me and when i got my order my fries where warm not hot I asked him to remake my order there was no cheese on my burger and to make me some hot fries and he told me he wasn't dealing with me and waved his hand when I asked his name he said my name was bye bye and waved his hand and was very loud and disrespectful arguing with me when I asked for his manager he refused and kept telling me bye bye I asked him to give me my money back and he refused the manager finally came but I asked him to give me my money back but they just remade the meal that I didn't want after the rudeness it was my first time there and my last time I would not recommend the soomter location to anyone

I made an order for a Lrg cotton candy cloud and a Lrg Fry the fries were provided but there was not a sliver of cloud on my cotton candy cloud that I paid for. How are you gonna use double the price of any burger king in the entire country and yet not even provide what somebody paid for?

Stopped off at this service Plaza on the way to Delaware and my husband ordered a whopper with no onions. The whopper was served with onions on it. Also. The soda machine area was the dirtiest area in the entire service Plaza. It wasn't terrible, but it stuck out as needing to be cleaned after we already checked out the sparkling bathroom floors.

Horrible service, watched my food sit on the warmer for 15 minutes with a worker staring at it, asked if I could have my food before it got cold and she barked at a new employee to get it , accused him of making me wait when she could have gotten it herself anytime during that 15 minutes, also they do not honor the BK app, their excuse, they dont work for burger King, yet they use burger Kings traid mark, signs, computer self order machines, uniforms, symbols and advertising..... place is a joke and no customer service of any kind, just rudeness. When I asked about my burger King rewards they barked at me rudely, "we dont work for burgerking"

At Around 7:30 on 10/3/23 the manager act like he couldn't give me a receipt from the kiosk and had an attitude told me he don't know what to tell me basically he seen I was a black man and didn't want to help me I would go to Popeyes instead of here the manager and his staff don't know how to do anything but take your money
