Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff acted irritated and inconvenienced the entire time, as if taking my order was a burden. When I asked for condiments and the biscuits that were missing from my order, I was met with attitude, dirty looks, and zero effort to fix the mistake.

To make matters worse, I was told they were “out of food,” even though I could clearly see items still available behind the counter. The dishonesty and lack of professionalism were shocking. The overall atmosphere felt hostile and unwelcoming, and it was hard not to notice that customers of different ethnicities were being ignored or treated noticeably worse while waiting in line. However the white folks were met with friendlier service!
Definitely not an inclusive/diverse friendly environment as I also experienced the same treatment in another counter.

This wasn’t just bad service, it was disrespectful, uncomfortable, Prejudice and completely unacceptable. If this is the standard of service here, I’d strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere!!

Tried to charge me double and behaving like I'm the problem when I pointed it out to her. Not only was the price almost double what the cost is in Ohio the food was dry and chewy. Probably have an easier time chewing the tires off this truck. Don't sweat it too much i won't be spending another dime in pa until yall get the corrupt politicians out of office and get your taxes right

They had one person out front taking orders and getting the food for people. He was also responsible for making the sandwiches and disappeared for a while when he made some. There were other people in the back that could’ve helped out front. But the food was quite good.

Food is ok… line is extremely long, usually only 2-3 people working there (coming from a frequent visitor.) If you don’t want to wait 20+ minutes go to Burger King

Waited 30 mins for 3 meals. Meanwhile, everyone who ordered behind us received theirs much quicker. When we asked about it, they said they were waiting on a sandwich….while passing people behind us their sandwiches. If the idea is to get food quickly, I wouldn’t recommend.

$27 for Rubber chicken tenders old French fries and a greasy biscuit that has obviously sat in the warmer Way too long. Service is slow and you don't have sweet tea at all. At least The red beans and rice were good.

Worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I visited on 7/19 at 9:30pm. I ordered a combo, paid, and when my order came out, the gentleman behind the counter called my number and literally threw my food on the counter for me to get. It wasn’t in a bag or anything. They even threw the mashed potatoes on its side. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
