I stopped for ice cream just a few minutes before 9:00 pm, the girls inside never came to the window, both looked at me and ignored me. I then tried to find the hours listed but didn’t see any posted. After waiting several minutes the girls inside turned the lights off instead of coming to the window to let me know they were closed. It would’ve only taken 10 seconds. They were so rude! I won’t be going back and I will tell anyone who will listen my experience. So disappointed. I’ve NEVER had that happen before. I only leave good reviews but this was over the top rudeness!

My $6.00 turtle sundae had less ice cream than my dog’s doggie cup that was $2.00. I think I got 5 pecan pieces.

Epic fail at Kim's creamery tonight spent a lot of money on three milkshakes I've had milk thicker than your milkshakes you should fix that. They went right in the garbage. ☹️
It was good especially on a hot day. Although staff was busy, they seamed to help each other well. That's saying a lot with young people these days! Ice cream was good. I've been here before, has black raspberry. It did not disappoint!. Thus time a simple twist. Pretty good too!

Ordered 3 different things on menu and they didn't have any. If you don't have things take them from menu. I ended not getting anything. My friend wanted a small cone and they gave her a medium , charged her a medium price. I won't go back.

Our soft serve ice cream cones were melting pretty good when we received them. It was a warm day but not so hot that should have happened.
