I enjoy subway, but the Waterford location is out of my way often times, however whenever I’m craving a sub from someway or just having a bad day I go 30 minutes out of my way to come to this location just to see Ayden! Lord our world would be so much brighter if every person in customer service was like him! He just brightens up the entire atmosphere, he is the happiest and brightest light! I know whenever I go in that location if he is working I’ll have a great experience! He literally makes my day everytime I go in there! He deserves to make way much more than what he does. My self along with my entire family love Ayden! Subway is lucky to have an employee like him!

Simply put terrible all around the last time ill eat there. Employees with poor service and attitude. Let alone call in and they have to swear to speak. Then you have 0 managers on duty to speak to. Im just stating my service was a joke and i cant believe it. Used to love this place.

They almost every time forget toppings. The bread is always hard and you cannot bite into it. Other than that they have chips and cookies. They also have beverages, but for some reason they always taste a bit funky. I suggest to go to a different one that is close. They are also very expensive there.

Subs are not what they use to be, very small! Neither of the employees greated me or smiled and the employee that made my food had to ask what I wanted on my sub. Mind you I ordered it because of what the sign said came on it. Very disappointed.

Long shot but I am tryin to find the Beautiful woman that was working at Waterford subway one evening between 8 n 830 I went there on my lunch break from Rgs n her n I talked for 20 mins n most def could have talked way longer... I was crushing hard for this woman n still am!! I cannot remember her be for the life of me but her n I talked about how she was able to relate to my brothers dilemma of not being able to get his bread toasted cuz it hurt his gums due to bad teeth but u GTA hear it up show still cuz steak n cheese subs are not good cold!!!So BEATIFUL woman that I promised I'd come back often n we can chat all the time I apologize cuz right after that evening the next day I walked out of my work cuz I couldn't take the slave wages n hours there but unfortunately since I do not live near Waterford I haven't went back to that subway and I was really bout to finally work up the courage to ask her on a date or something of that sort!!If u happen to stumble upon this... and ur the beautiful subway girl that works at Waterford subway n remember having a Convo wit me (mike) about bad teeth and if ur willing to give me a chance please look me up on FB Michael claar or insta MaC17_DaWicked... Employee had me waiting in there for 15 minutes before serving me and then he telling me we have no bread, very bad place I don’t recommend it to nobody, They have me leave their upset and hungry.

With minimal accuracy mistakes over the last several years of intermittently coming here, and a kind, friendly, and punctual staff, it's not a bad place to order take out, or to go, but, due to the oddity of the stores bathroom being located in the business attached, just be mindful if you have a full bladder and stop here to eat.
Overall, not a bad location. I usually get a pizza sub with onion, banana peppers, and oregano, which I suggest everyone try once, or the meatball sub. Eitherway, you cannot go wrong with Subway
Everytime I get a sub there lately the bread is hard no matter if it's white or wheat and there's hardly anything in the bun. I'm done getting anything from there.

Spent $30 and hardly anything on the subs. Worst experiences lately. Other subways can get it right what is wrong with this one? Consistently poor quality. Stale bread and barely any tuna or anything on their subs. I give up hoping they’ll improve. Where is the management and why aren’t standards being upheld??
