Used to be a wonderful little gem in waterford, but has recently gone downhill. Multiple people told us that they are always running out of the specials and common sides, such as mashed potatoes, which basically go with most specials. We went anyway, with a reservation, and were sat quickly. We received drinks and ordered. Server came out 15 minutes later to tell us they were out of 2 of our parties specials. Had to change orders. Received salads and coleslaw. Another 15 minutes and the server came out to say there were no mashed potatoes, which 3 of us had ordered. We were then told we were supposed to pay for a replacement side, even though its not our fault they ran out of the included side. We were there for over 1.5 hours and nothing came out. Not once did a manager or person in charge come out to apologize, explain anything, or offer any kind of willingness to make it right. The servers and bus boys were the only ones in sight, and none of this was their fault. We decided to leave, and there was no one around to even tell. Eventually another server saw us leave and apologized, saying she'd inform our server. 6 of us left, after long days of work, and went to other places. Other tables were changing their orders to go after sitting so long. I understand kitchens get backed up. But the unwillingness of a manager to speak to us or offer any accommodations is inexcusable. Also, running out of specials and potatoes has been a trend that they haven't fixed. Hope they get it together.

The food here is usually phenomenal and would have been 5-star, but today we had to send a beautiful steak back because it had gone bad. It happens sometimes. The staff is wonderful!

Went there today with a group of friends. We waited one hour for our food. It was cold and had to send it back twice to be heated. Service was very slow!! We ended up being there for over 2 hrs. Never got a drink refill and ended up leaving half our meal.

Went on Thursday for their special dinner it's a turkey dinner. Was just like having thanksgiving but not having to cook it. Lots of food. Friendly service

your food and portion sizes have went way down hill. the last 3 time we were there the food gross, portions were small. we won't be back, strike 3 in a row, your out. It was 1:00 in the afternoon. was not busy, I can't find an excuse for this change

We were at your establishment on Thursday the 20th of June. We have been wanting to visit there for a few years. To say we.were disappointed is an understatement. Our table was so sticky we couldn't even put our arms on the table. The food wasn't very good either. The corn I had was reheated at least 3 times, it was nasty, rolls were just taken out of the bag and put on a plate. I won't go into every detail of each item . We just wanted you to know how disappointed we were. Our brother in law Doug Weis used to work there and bragged it up as he loved working there. Thank you for listening.
